The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and a dining table. Bed linen and towels are provided for 2 people; you just need to arrive and settle in. An extra bed can be added on request for a third person. A large shaded terrace awaits you! Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine (2 capsules provided), oven, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom features a washbasin, an XXL walk-in shower and a toilet. Toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Staying at Lacanau Moutchic Inn means enjoying a magical break surrounded by nature. We fell in love with the view from our apartment! With an area of 30 m2 + 7 m2 terrace facing southwest to enjoy the sunsets. The residence is quiet, on the front line with direct access to the beach, close to shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.). This small cocoon classified as 2-star furnished tourism is located on Carreyre, on the ground floor 100 m from the lake with beach access directly at the end of the street. We rent this newly built villa for families who would like to spend a stay facing the lake. The beach and its supervised swimming is opposite, the bike path to Lacanau or ocean 6 km away The house is fully air-conditioned, heated, adjustable in every room. Three terraces will allow you to have your meals or rest. The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenants. Or, upon request, left to the guests for a fee of €180.
