We had a wonderful stay in this home village right in Balazuc, a very typical village in Ardèche. We could walk right from our place to “calades” in the village, paths in the surrounding area, the beach next to the Ardèche river, many opportunities right from the doorsteps. The place was nice and cool during hot summer days, the back patio is very private and great for summer dinners. The kitchen is equipped for simple family meals. We never met the host, it was a simple lockbox check-in. Overall great stay!

We had a very warm welcome from Valerie.😊 Everything was spotless and clean. The bedroom and kitchen are very large and functional. The terrace where we ate every day is sheltered and spacious. The place is very quiet and close to many tourist spots. Important note before booking: The toilets and shower room, very clean and functional, are on the lower floor, The staircase has a steep slope but is secured by a handrail on each side. People with severe mobility problems may be inconvenienced. I recommend this very pleasant place.

Relaxing weekend with family, our two children and our dog, we had a wonderful time. Kristin is a great host, flexible, smiling and with good advice. The place was very peaceful, quiet. The children loved the ping pong table and enjoyed meeting the donkeys. We went on two beautiful hikes, it was very nice to discover the Ardèche in this way. We had a great night at Simone's place. It went very well. The neighborhood is quiet, which is very appreciable, and we were able to enjoy the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of wandering the streets of Montélimar. In the last year I had the chance to go to this place on each of my work trips (14 times to be specific), the hosts have always been very responsive, no accessibility issues. Regarding the accommodation, the setting is very pleasant, the apartment is made of good quality materials, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is very soft which allows a comfortable stay.
