L’appartement est très propre et d’une bonne grandeur pour une personne seule ou accompagnée. Géraldine est une hôte attentionnée qui vous accueillera personnellement dès votre arrivée.

What an amazing apartment in an amazing location. Easy check-in and entry to the apartment. Loic made us feel at home the minute we arrived with fantastic suggestions for the Old Montreal area. . We were in the heart of old Montreal. Better than any five-star hotel. We highly suggest and recommend if you're coming to Montreal stay at Loic's place.

This rental unit is perfectly located. We did not need our car for the entirety of our stay. To note, street parking is not an option so we parked across the street in the port for $55/day Canadian. Also, there are 19 steps up to get into the unit and then another 15-18 steps up to the 3rd floor bedroom/bathroom. The 3rd floor is totally open so if using bring sleep mask and ear plugs. Our party of 4 spent very little time indoors, other than at night. Old Montreal is beautiful and walkable, especially from this location.

I loved this small place. It was so clean. so many little touches stood out. For example, I had forgotten my make up remover at home and there were small wet towelettes to use. That was very impressive in itself. When I told Sonia that I was coming in for a funeral and wondered if I could check in an hour early after driving for 6 hours, she readily said I could and then it ended up I could come in a few hours early. I would rent this place again without any hesitation. Thank youso much, Sonia.

I have to say—it was absolutely top-notch! The place was clean, peaceful and exactly as described. The location was also super convenient, with all the grocery stores just a short walk or drive away. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful yet convenient, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone!🚀

Harpreet's place is a beautiful family home, the photos don't do them justice. The rental unit is in the basement, access through the garage side door, in through the house center stairs, exit only the same way. The unit can be locked from the outside but not from the inside. It has all the amenities you might need, beautiful kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom and living room area. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. If you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, Walmart nearby, etc. If on public transport from the center of Montreal, take the Metro to Angrignon, there is a bus terminal right next to it, bus ride is 7 CAD, bus 31 and then 33 takes you to Harpreet's place. All in all great place!

We hade great time at Karla’s retreat, very well maintained and equipped place. Can use some better lighting in general. I would recommend and will come back again an other time.

I frequent Montreal with friends (so I have a sense of the downtown living) and this was the first time I visited with my family. Many properties and hotels have hidden headaches that can make a trip less pleasant. This home is exceptional with zero issues. The Home is brand new, incredibly classy and very comfortable (we had the best sleep in a long time). It's very spacious and fun to lounge around. The location is also worth highlighting, it truly is a 20 minute drive from anywhere in downtown but it felt safe and quiet away from the busy downtown area. No headaches to figure out parking. Peter as a host is fantastic as well: very responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were immediately handled and this was very appreciated. The only person I would not recommend this home to is somebody who wants to walk out into downtown montreal, otherwise I think this is the best place to experience the city from (whether you are a group of friends or a family).

Calme, incroyablement beau la vue, l' espace de la maison intérieur et extérieur. La propreté des lieux.Les détails pour assuré le confort des visiteurs.Les bases essentielles d'une maison, tout y était. Le foyer. Salle de lavage. Animaux acceptés. L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants et des services. Merci énormément à nos hôtes.

We had a wonderful stay, it felt like we were home and we weren't quite ready to leave at the end. During our stay there was a huge storm, loss of power and some flooding in the basement. The person they use to oversee the property was super quick to respond and very helpful and took care of the situation immediately. Genevieve was also in touch the whole time. Communication was fantastic, the location is amazing, close to great restaurants (walking distance), a nearby bike path by the water we used to take my kid to his day camp. Lots of playgrounds close by for all ages. So all and all a great stay!

Christian was a lovely, respectful, and responsive host! The bed was comfortable, the space was comfortable, I liked sitting at the little outdoor table in the back garden. Also, the metro stop was less than ten minutes’ walk away. A perfect base from which to explore the city.

My stay was great and the location very practical, especially that members of my family lived 10 minutes away. There are quite a few restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood plus some in towns not so far away. Access to Montreal is always a challenge this time of year due to work on the Mercier bridge. Overall it was a very enjoyable trip.

Ranka’s place was even better than the pictures! SUPER clean and within walking distance of a wonderful bakery. Only a 20-30 minute drive from the city, with traffic. She was very friendly and accommodating and we loved our stay. HIGHLY recommended!

Linda's place was perfect! It was very clean, was just like the pictures, and very well designed -- just really beautiful. It is right on the lake and we took full advantage of the outdoor space as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. Linda was an incredibly gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend her place!
