La salle de bain avec double vasques et une douche à l'italienne. Toilette séparée. Cuisine équipée. Un espace clos extérieur avec table et chaises viens finalement pour votre confort et le doux chant des oiseaux parfaire votre repos.

Gîte with pool in the green hart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.
