Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Daniela ist die tollste Gastgeberin! Wirklich! Die Wohnung ist wundervoll und hat bei mir ein WOW - Effekt hinterlassen. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, keine Bruchbude! Alles sehr toll und fachmännisch renoviert - und das wichtigste : Daniela legt sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Das Bad war sehr clean - ebenso der Boden. Kein Staub oder sonst was. Bei Ankunft traf ich auf Daniela persönlich. Sehr emphatisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell - genauso stellt man es sich vor. Die Wohnung hat an Equipment alles was das Herz begehrt. Daniela denkt an ihre Kunden und hinterlegt Kaffee, Wasser , Brotaufstrich wie z.B. Nutella etc. für die Kunden kostenlos bereit - einfach nur großartig. Dickes Lob von meiner Seite. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen 👍

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per un weekend, in occasione di un matrimonio. La zona è molto tranquilla e a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i servizi (compresa la spiaggia). La casa di Nadia è pulitissima, luminosa, ampia e fresca. In quattro si sta bene ed è bello mangiare sul terrazzino. L’unico neo è la vicinanza con la ferrovia (se avete il sonno leggero come me basta avere dei tappi per le orecchie). Infine, la presenza dei condizionatori è davvero un plus per le calde giornate estive. Insomma, consiglio senza alcun dubbio questa soluzione per un weekend o una piccola vacanza tra amici.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'appartamento. Curato sia il patio esterno che l'interno della casa. Ambienti pulitissimi ed accoglienti. Inoltre è a pochi passi dal mare ed in macchina in 3 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Ladispoli. Consigliato

Nagyon szép, otthonos volt a lakás. Tisztaság volt és nagyon jól felszerelt a konyha. Az erkély nagyon hangulatos, jól jár kint a levegő. A környék csendes, békés, privát volt. Közel van a tengerparthoz a szállás és Róma jól megközelíthető vonattal. A házigazda kedves volt és minden rendben ment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia wirklich schön! Die Wohnung ist klein und unfassbar gemütlich. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, der Stadtteil ist nicht nur sehr beliebt unter den Römern, sondern sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für einen Citytrip zu zweit oder alleine. Die Straße geht von einer Hauptstaße ab, dennoch sind Straße und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ebenso befinden sich dort sehr schöne kleine Restaurants. Silvia reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten mit Tipps und Hinweisen - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos que estuvimos, la atención de Lucía inmejorable, nos dwjo un presente que no pudimos degustar pero amamos su gesto, el lugar hermoso y a un paso de la fontana di treinta, lo cual te permite ir temprano cuando no hay nadie. Sin dudas volveremos.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Accogliente, pulito e moderno. L'appartamento è concentrato ma completo di tutto. Letto comodissimo, divano letto comodo nella seduta e per dormire. Una piccola nota: una persona alta oltre 180 cm potrebbe andare scomoda a dormire sul divano (io sono sotto 176 e ci sono stato bene). La posizione è ottimale e strategica. Gli host sono eccezionali, gentilissimi, cortesi e disponibili. Per la nostra piccola famiglia sarà un nuovo punto di riferimento.

Siamo stati vicino a Roma per trovare amici che si sono trasferiti qui. Abbiamo trovato un alloggio che fosse abbastanza vicino a loro e ci serviva uno spazio fuori poiché abbiamo preso su il cane. La casa è grande e pulita, la cucina non l’abbiamo utilizzata ma aveva tutto il necessario, bagno e camera da letto ottime

L'appartamento è molto ben distribuito e vi si accede facilmente e velocemente da entrambi gli ingressi. L'ampio giardino è ottimo anche come parcheggio. Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina a gas fino a gennaio: ha funzionato benissimo ed è stata affidabile. Appartamento confortevole, torneremo volentieri quest'anno.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

Gabriela was a fantastic host- incredible communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was wonderful and looked just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!
