Beautiful place in a great location. Thank you for having us. Will definitely be back if we return to Rome.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

We stayed in Paolo's villa for 8 days. It is a spacious place in a very quiet and nice area. Paolo is a very good host. He responds very quickly to our questions and is super nice. We were 5 adults and we had plenty of space. The villa is close to the supermarket, other shops and the bus stop. The nice and large beach is about 30 minutes' walk away, but it is definitely worth the trip. We were there in the second half of May and had the beach almost completely to ourselves and free of charge, during the week. It's busier on the weekend, and you have to pay for a sunbed. Santa Marinella is close to many places you can visit in the area, Santa Severas castle, shopping at the market in Civitavecchia, Rome only 45 min. by train. We rented a car in Civitavecchia and went to the thermal bath in Saturnia, only 1 hour drive. It was a wonderful experience. We would like to recommend Paolo's place.

Such a fantastic place, big,clean, cozy and private. it had all we needed and more, very interesting use of colour too. we had a beautiful stay, wish we stayed more. we definitely recommend !

This home is set in a very tranquil area yet is still accessible to the town closeby. The interior is very comfortable and tasetfully. The porch and garden were lovely areas to relax for morning coffee. The host and his family were very welcoming and were a great example of Italian hospitality. Although we had issues with the WiFi during our stay, they did everything to fix it and even reimbursed us for the data we used.

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

20 stars Matteo’s house was amazing and confortable place, we feel like a home , the house is beautiful and the view is the best of the place . We will repeat this placer! No doubt . Thanks Matteo for being a good host.

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Mirko was a great host and his place is amazing. The location is amazing and has all grocery stores (one right outside) and restaurants nearby. There is public transport right outside which takes you to the city center. Kids play areas nearby as well. Now coming to the villa- a huge garden and a trampoline and hammock to enjoy the outdoors. The inside has this old rustic charm that is an amazing experience. A parking right inside is a cherry on the top. Mirko was kind enough to leave a welcome gift as well. The communication was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you have kids they will surely enjoy this place. Totally worth it!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Lovely accommodation , well equipped with all amenities . We were a group of 14 and had a lovely stay. The property is very fresh and everything feels like it is new . The host gave very good instructions which made our stay comfortable . The house is close to the metro station , so very convenient to travel from here .

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

Wonderful place to stay for the beauty and peaceful Italian countryside. Romina was the perfect host. Romina’s mother made the best breakfast for us. I would rate this as one of the best Bed & Breakfast places in all of Italy.

Paolo's a wonderful host, who is warm and welcoming. His recommendations are excellent and one can experience an authentic part of Italy in its full rural form. Cerveteri's town centre, the necropoli of the etruscans are underappreciated. We also had the opportunity to see the Passione di Cristo for Good Friday, another recommendation from Paolo. One can take a train from nearby Ladispoli to St Peters square. The house offers a perfect contrast with the rush of Rome. In sunny weather, the house is perfect to spend time outdoors, both for children and pets :)

I was captivated by the photo, so I contacted the two hosts, who were extremely courteous and quick to respond, and they gave me an appointment to see the place in person. Beautiful villa and low costs, it was perfect for the stay and for organizing a party. Everyone was impressed by the place and the villa, so much so that we will undoubtedly return. In addition, the two hosts suggested nearby places to shop (they even thought of some very good local products) and to better organize myself, making everything easier and special. As soon as we have the opportunity to organize another gathering, both for a party and also for a long weekend of relaxation, it will undoubtedly be our destination. I'm also ready to suggest some goodies to make the place even richer in surprises! Thank you very much.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

We had a great stay at the villa! We were made very welcome, the instructions were clear and the accommodation was as described. We made good use of the football pitch and the location close to Rome was also a plus. I'd definitely recommend it!

Fantastic nice accommodation, we were a group of friends of 10, everyone had their own room. Clean and fresh. Close to shop, slightly further to the beach. Was close to trains that took us into Rome. Nice living spaces. The pool was perfect, the grill we tested too. There was everything you could wish for. Nice host, responded quickly to questions if we had any questions. Helpful.
