Jeanne’s place is home away from home. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable in her space. Her garden is gorgeous. Her neighborhood is divine. The apartment has more amenities than I have seen in other properties. She offers the whole package. I hope to return someday. 💜

The space is lovely, actually looks better than the photos! It's a very comfortable space, peaceful and quiet. The location is a great balance of being outside the hectic zone of Boulder proper, but still close enough to do anything you want in just a few minutes. Cindy was very communicative and helpful, and given the studio setup, the room had everything you would want and more. She supplied some fabulous snacks and drinks as well! I really enjoyed my time there and appreciate her hospitality.

Beautiful, modern pied-à-terre! Wonderful natural light, bright open floor plan. Quiet neighborhood with easy travel to Boulder. Friendly, attentive host.

Danielle's studio is one of the best AirBnB's I've ever stayed in. Although it's really just a single large room with an attached bathroom, it's so cleverly designed, furnished and well-lit that it felt spacious, inviting, and luxurious. Everything seemed new and pristine, as though the place had been built yesterday. The location is in a charming neighborhood just a stone's throw from the main street of Old Town Lafayette - just two blocks from a great coffee shop, with many good restaurants nearby. Danielle was responsive but completely unobtrusive and the occasional sound of the garage door opening and closing beneath the studio was barely noticeable. What I'll remember is the birdsong and the beautiful sunlight filtering in. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Noelle's spotlessly clean basement apartment is small and compact but very efficiently and stylishly furnished. Most will find the mattress to be deliciously soft (alas, my old back would have preferred something firmer) - just watch out for the corners of the bed that extend further out below! Shower is superb. The place is in a very peaceful neighborhood, but a pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. And it's opposite a playground - great if you're visiting your grandkid like I was - as well as a school with a brand new artificial turf track and playing field that's open to the public after school hours. Overall a great stay.

Location in the Prospect community was quiet with many pretty homes and several parks. Large trees lined the streets. A coffee shop and several restaurants were within walking distance. The unit was clean, had a home feel to it with comfortable sofa, large chair and good bed. The unit is on top of a two car garage which is separate from the house. The hostess introduced herself when we arrived and said to contact her if we needed anything. There is one parking space in front of an alley garage as well as public parking out on the street. Stairs to the unit are rather long and steep and might not be suitable for an older couple, especially if they had mobility issues. We are not sure if there was an outside patio area that is available to guests. Our adult son stayed in the unit and slept on the sofa with a small mattress topper. He said it was comfortable. The unit had air conditioning. We were all happy to stay at this place and hope to stay again.

Great location and amenities. We were able to cook a few meals, and had a comfortable stay. Our hosts were responsive and helpful as well. This is a great option for us when visiting Broomfield.

This is the perfect little spot to rest and relax! it was spotless and had everything we needed, including breakfast and snacks! The hosts were very responsive and extremely friendly. Thank you so much, Gabrielle and Vonjy for providing us a cute studio spot with all the essential needs. The location is great, very close to stores and good food.

Lenus was a fantastic host. Proactive and responsive communications. Basement AirBNB was exactly like the photos and description. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom was really dark and cozy at night! The massage chair was fantastic after a day of sightseeing and walking. With a rental car centrally located to downtown Denver. Would stay at Lenus's place again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place in Denver. Rooms were decorated nicely. The location was good for our travels in and around the Denver area; and the neighborhood was fairly quiet and safe. This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Great value for the price. Overall we would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara & Svein’s beautiful home! We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs, and this experience is one of our favorites. The space was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to Pearl Street and easily get around town. The hosts thought of everything a guest may need which made the experience easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the hosts being so responsive and informative before and during our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything was clear and easy. They even kept us in the loop about events going on around town in case we wanted to attend or to be aware of any traffic concerns. We would love an opportunity to stay here again soon.

I loved my stay in Marys apartment. The location is perfect for discovering Denver and the apartment is super clean and comfortable. Mary is a very caring host, she provided some great snacks, drinks and even sunscreen! This place is highly recommend. Thank you Mary 😀

My fiancé and I stayed here with our two doodles. This place was fantastic and just what was described. The hottub was such an added bonus after long hikes. It’s super close to town and even trailheads. We enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to go back.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, new, well appointed and well stocked. Stefan and Bethany were super helpful, quick to respond and accommodating They had a wonderful book of suggestions for everything. The location was perfect for show at Red Rocks, hiking, Coors tour, and is walking distance to downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Grocery store walking distance as well. Was a wonderful stay, would love to stay again!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Michelle was an amazing host. We had a tiny issue getting into the condo but she was available immediately to fix the issue via a phone call and sent a sweet check in the next day to make sure we didn’t need anything. She prepared a welcome basket and checked for any allergies beforehand. The location was also perfect. Highly recommend Michelle’s place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The spacious home was private despite being next door to Mary & Mike. The decor was charming, furniture & linens comfortable & extra touches made our stay special. The space was so well equipped we lacked for nothing! Mary & Mike were friendly & took care of every detail without intruding. This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at!
