Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. L' appartamento dista km 5 da Como, km 2 da Torno, km 40 da Milano, km 38 da Lugano. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. MI PERMETTO DI CONSIGLIARE VIVAMENTE LA PIU' PICCOLA ED ECONOMICA VETTURA PER MUOVERSI COMODAMENTE, POICHE' I TRASPORTI PUBBLICI ED I TAXI NON SONO CONFORTEVOLI NELLE NOTRE ZONE The apartment is 5 km from Como, 2 km from Torno, 40 km from Milan, 38 km from Lugano. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. This was a marvelous, magical place to stay. It was away from the hustle and bustle and was very peaceful. The place was so nice that we almost didn’t feel like leaving it to look around lake como. As the house is on the edge of the lake we often liked to sit outside read a book accompanied by the lapping of the waves. The decor of the flat was tasteful and unique and the whole feel was luxurious. recorecommend this place more

Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft – stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über den Comer See, die man gar nicht in Worte fassen kann. Besonders angenehm war auch der private Parkplatz direkt oberhalb der Unterkunft – sehr praktisch und stressfrei. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Elisa war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants waren durchweg großartig! Ein ganz besonderer Tipp: das Restaurant „Tipi Tipici“ in Molina – hervorragende Auswahl, tolle Qualität und ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

We really loved our stay at Ernesto and his wife’s place. They are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed being at the pool, enjoyed the hikes near by and ate wonderful food at the local restaurant just down the street (4 minutes walk). The rooms are very beautiful and has a small kitchenette which was very convenient for us travelling with a baby. It was easy to just make a quick pasta at home when we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The little village has a butcher, a convenient store with fresh bread and a bar with a icecream place. It’s a perfect place to charge your batteries. Note that there is a long staircase coming from the parking lot to the house. Not a problem for us (even with a baby and a million things 😅😁) but could be good to know. They just built a new room in the garden and that way you don’t have to go on the stairs. But the main house is so worth climbing those stairs 😍 everything is newly renovated, clean and just perfect! We even got to do some laundry.

Un joli endroit pour passer un joli moment. Un vue à couper le souffle, un espace à vivre agréable et grand. Un parking dédié à l’appartement ce qui sur ce type de site n’est pas négligeable. Enfin il est à noté que les instructions de Cristina via YouTube sont très pertinentes et utiles au moment de l’arrivée: que ce soit pour repérer le lieu sûr pour y accéder.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and very well equipped. Set off the main street in a quiet side road, surrounded by a wrap around balcony and beautiful gardens. Lovely restaurants and the lake were in walking distance. The host and his mother were fantastic, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
