The living area consists of a large living room with fireplace, a winter garden and a large dining room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with private access and is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Trevignano Romano, a short walk from the center, restaurants on the lake, the village and the beach. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.
