Great place to stay in Lagoa. It has plenty of space, A/C, a washer, and a private front porch. The host was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The loft is cute! Very well located. I emphasize that it is super close on foot to the São Jorge Market and close to Av. Madre Benvenuta, both with many dining options. If you are using Uber, it is a very strategic location and easy to get a car to various parts of the island. Thiago was very agile and kind in his responses, as well as being flexible about check-in. In short, it was a great experience. I would stay again.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

The apartment accommodated us perfectly, the view is wonderful, everything is organized and clean, the location is great, close to everything. The host Bernardo is always available from the day of the reservation until our checkout. We will definitely come back to rest in this property.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

Very nice place, we loved the stay, as we like to prepare meals at home we had no problem, because the kitchen is very complete, a beautiful view of the sunrise, warm shower, comfortable bed 💗

It was two incredible days in this sensational house! Cozy space, well cared for in the smallest details, everything extremely clean and organized, with all the utensils and more than we needed! Well received by Valmi, we received tips from locals near the region, his wife was also super welcoming and attentive! Wonderful view of the sea, the super well-kept garden that makes it cozy. A special space in the garden to set up a coffee or afternoon tea table with a view of the sea and a space for a fire, we take advantage of all the environments!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

Viajamos en Abril 2025. We were 3 friends, we were 9 days. Both for check-in and checkout were very flexible, which is appreciated. The house was in perfect condition, with all amenities including lounge chairs and beach umbrella. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets, and excellent condition of the kitchen and its utensils. The complex has an exit to the beach, it was beautiful and very comfortable to be able to go to the beach as if you are going out to the patio. It is very easy to locate, it is 1 block from the main street of Barra, where all the necessary shops are located and there is public parking. We were greeted with chocolates and a welcome letter. Both Fabiola and her husband were always attentive and predisposed to help us with what we need. They are genius! Highly recommend it. Thank you!!

Is the second time we stayed at Anisio's place. It's always a pleasure, the host is super responsive and kind, the place is cozy and clean, the external area is pleasant. 2026 we plan to stay there again! :)

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

Estadia marvellous!!! Adriano and very receptive wife, as well as Elisa, a girl who helped us before check in! All impeccable, cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything clean and organized, we took care as if it were our own, because it was possible to understand the affection and care they had so that we had a good experience! We are just for the next trip, and we will definitely look for Adriano again!

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Receptivity grade 1000, Mr. Amaro, who welcomed us, was super kind, showed us the whole apartment, informed us about the shops around, access facilities and instructions about the stay. The apartment was extremely clean, organized, everything as described. Utensils in great condition, fast Internet, and I need speed for work. To get to the beach is basically half a block, in addition to the proximity to markets, there is even one exactly on the block of the apartment, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. The only downside is that I had a date to leave, otherwise I would have lived there happily. Kamile and Mr. Amaro, congratulations! We highly recommend it to anyone interested.
