Ana Paula is a great host, she always answered me, without delay. The apartment is very nice and the perfect location.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

The apartment is just like in the photos, it has everything to cook, the hammock is very nice! Great location, pier and beach two blocks away, minimarkets one block away, Almir and his wife were very kind, they recommended places to go, we arrived before check-in and they kept our luggage while we went to lunch and they prepared the apartment, as well as at check-out they offered to keep our things, wonderful!! I recommend it 100%!!!!

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

The place is as shown in the pictures, clean, comfortable and on the beach. Very comfortable mattresses, full kitchen, good appliances. It is a very quiet and rural place. Daniela is very attentive in everything, any question you ask her responds very quickly. It had nice details, leaving us a homemade bread, very rich and also chocolates. The entrance I would have liked it to be lit, at night it is quite dark the alley at the entrance to the place. The passage to the beach at night turns on motion sensors, but it would be much nicer if it was always lit. The beach is not suitable for children , it is very nice but dangerous, we would go out to other beaches as it seemed dangerous to us, although we were without children. The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Our stay was great, the apartment very good, with everything we needed. We felt at home, and we took great advantage of the apartment and the structure of the condominium. The pool is very nice. The access is modern and works very well, the garage for 2 cars, spacious. The beach is very good, and next to the apartment has pharmacies, markets, building materials store and many restaurants. JET's scooters are right beside the building. Anyway, we enjoyed the experience very much, we hope to return.
