House by the Beach – Spectacular sea views & pool

Welcome to our house by the sea with spectacular sea view roof terass and two en-suite bedrooms. The condominium features a large swimming pool for adults as well as a separate pool for children. There are three outdoor seating areas (two with sea views), plus a balcony off the master suite—also with spectacular sea views—making this the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new… And it looks fabulous! New windows as well, insulated and safe. AC in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find the living room and a brand-new kitchen (electric stove and oven), as well as a guest WC. There is a small tiled garden with a green hedge, facing the ocean, featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ area. On the other side of the house, there is a north-facing, gated, shaded outdoor area—perfect for hot days. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one sleeps two, and the other sleeps four (queen-size bed plus sofa bed). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace. The house has been renovated and is newly furnished in light, cheerful colors, with unique pieces throughout. We hope you will feel right at home.
