House by the Beach – Spectacular sea views & pool

Welcome to our house by the sea with spectacular sea view roof terass and two en-suite bedrooms. The condominium features a large swimming pool for adults as well as a separate pool for children. There are three outdoor seating areas (two with sea views), plus a balcony off the master suite—also with spectacular sea views—making this the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new… And it looks fabulous! New windows as well, insulated and safe. AC in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find the living room and a brand-new kitchen (electric stove and oven), as well as a guest WC. There is a small tiled garden with a green hedge, facing the ocean, featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ area. On the other side of the house, there is a north-facing, gated, shaded outdoor area—perfect for hot days. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one sleeps two, and the other sleeps four (queen-size bed plus sofa bed). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace. The house has been renovated and is newly furnished in light, cheerful colors, with unique pieces throughout. We hope you will feel right at home. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with everything you might need: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, juicer, kettle, mixer, and more.

Vila Amizade Carvoeiro [Friendship Village Carvoeiro]

6 bedrooms, 2 mobile beds and 4 bathrooms provide enough space for a large number of people. The very quiet Vila Amizade is somewhat hidden, on the outskirts of Carvoeiro. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, which is 1.5 km away. The property has about 500 square meters and the living space is about 200 square meters on 2 floors + outbuildings. The house was renovated in 2018 and equipped with a 4 x 8 m saltwater pool.

The house is a 10-minute walk from the best beaches in the area, as well as restaurants and a mini market. It is perfect for sunny days. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Vivenda dos Arcos is a completely renovated, traditional three bedroom villa with a private pool, heatable for a supplemental charge, situated close to the welcoming and picturesque town of Carvoeiro and only a short distance to the beautiful Praia do Carvoeiro beach and a selection of bars and eateries, supermarkets, and shops.
