Note for 2024. We have reduced our listing price by 20% for the year as there is construction work happening locally. Some works may be quiet or hundreds of meters away and past guests have said that it has not been a problem for them. We do want to be completely honest with potential guests. Beautiful villa with jacuzzi and pool

Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

Perfectly situated on a quiet residential estate this villa is perfect for a quiet holiday. Villa Pool heating (additional extra) it is perfect all year round! The villa offers two bedrooms all with en suite facilities, two double bedrooms. The bathrooms are all modern and well appointed The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to the dining area, the lounge is comfortable and well furnished and leads with patio doors to the garden and pool.
