Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

Typical house of Ile de Ré, very pleasant with its garden and summer kitchen. It's big and well laid out. Its location is perfect . A stone's throw from the port and its shops, like the Arnérault beach. Alexandra is very welcoming. Don't hesitate to book their parking because in high season finding a spot can be complicated. We had a lovely stay .

Beautiful house, typically Retaise as described in the listing. Spacious for 8 people. The garden is just beautiful, with heated pool. Everything is planned for a great stay. In addition, is very well located, between Le Bois, La Couarde and Saint Martin. Catherine is very responsive when you ask her for anything. We'll be happy to go back.

Benoit and Isabelle were great hosts. Isabelle welcomed us at the house and gave us some great tips and places to go on the island. The house was clean and had everything we needed, with a lovely outdoor bbq. It was perfect for our stay.

everything went perfectly well. the house and its exterior are very pleasant. The lake is at the doors of the house and access to the sea is rather good even on foot or by bike. the house is very well equipped for a pleasant stay

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Lovely and comfortable house. Quietly located on the outskirts of the village. Supermarket within a few minutes driving distance. Everything available in the house and the kitchen. Nice swimming pool with plenty of space to find a sunny or shade spot. Repeatable! In addition, it is good to communicate with Corinne and respond quickly. So top house!

Very nice family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the safe pool for children, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no waste of time waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, because it's very quiet and close to shops.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated house. Communication with the concierge was simple, smooth and fast! Really great! Only downside we expected the heated pool but when we arrived it was not the case so the time it heats up was already the end of the stay but otherwise we really recommend it!

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

We had the most perfect stay. Jerome and his family greeted us and were very helpful and kind and friendly. The facilities were perfect for family living. The pool was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout blinds allowed us all to sleep so well. For runners/walkers/cyclists - the surroundings are perfect - lots of flat paths to follow through fields without cars! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 too! Fantastic local amenities (park, supermarket, boulangerie etc) and only a short drive to La Rochelle. We didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be returning in the future! Thanks so so much. Guillaume was very available for our entire stay. I would definitely recommend Villa Coco, a typical residence in the region. The number of beds, the supply of indoor games as well as outdoor games, the heated pool and canoes are a real plus for this rental. This house is perfectly located for visits to the area but it is also quite possible to stay in the residence which is enough to itself. Thank you again so much for a lovely family holiday 😊
