Monthly Rentals in Lagoudi Zia

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed our stay at Niki's place very much – it's far away from the touristic hot spots, very calm and quiet with beautiful surroundings and a great view. For some reason google maps took us to the wrong place when we typed in the coordinates, but the locals were very friendly and guided us the way. We explored the island quite thoroughly and found no other village as tranquil and beautiful as Lagoudi. We totally recommend staying there! Also Niki is an amazing host. When we arrived at the airport, our car rental which we had booked online fell through and she immediately arranged another car for us – in the middle of the night! Niki is the best host <3

We really loved our stay. the apartment and location are beautiful and we were greeted with a little basket with treats and a wine. all the amenities were there and we could even wash our clothes. All in all a perfect stay😍 Thanks so much for the sweet apartment. if we‘re ever in Kos again, I would definitely book this flat again

We stayed with this very lovely family for two weeks. We were very warmly welcomed and shown the apartment. The apartment is located above an artist's studio, but very quiet and nicely decorated, it has everything you need. The parents provided us with small touches during our vacation - that was very nice! We had a very warm relationship with this family and we had taken little Joana firmly into our hearts. The decision to move to Zia was also very good for us. You have to drive every day, but if you want to do something on the island, you will need a car or something anyway. We had a moped and that was just right. And what we were actually most looking forward to was a good view. And we got it there! - It's fantastic!! Every day we enjoyed it from the large balcony of the apartment!! Really nice!! Finally, we are left with the greatest thanks
