Look out at views of the ocean from the patio & an enchanting stone balcony all enveloped in tropical greenery. With interiors featuring soft colors, placid decor, & lavish furnishings, this warm apartment makes a calm retreat between beach visits.
“This was the best air bnb experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been to 6 so far. It actually looked like the photos and had spaces that we were encouraged to use that was lovely. The main patio by the front door has a spectacular ocean view!! It’s in a quiet part of Laguna Beach and is an easy walk to downtown where places are open at night for a fun easy stroll. Sandy is SO responsive and goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. Her home is beautiful and renting the first floor was an honor and privilege. Do this in a second so you have a lovely, private place with parking, a kitchen, large closet, nice bathroom, TV and wifi that works!!! I’ve never had an air bnb feel so much like home. Thank you Sandy!!!”

“This cozy and tastefully decorated space was a wonderful place to come home to. We loved our daily walks on the beach, and the neighborhood was wonderful as well. It was fantastic to have several restaurant options within walking distance. The communications with Kathleen were very fluid, and she responded quickly. We have given some suggestions to Kathleen about how the furniture and space could be adjusted to incorporate a dining table and chairs that could also be used as a workspace. We would love to come back to this wonderful cottage!”
Snuggle together on a striped couch for a cozy evening in front of a Spanish style fireplace, widescreen TV, or both at the same time. There's a woodsy cabin-like feel inside, with natural wood and exposed beam ceilings—and it's close to the beach.
“Super adorable bungalow nestled above Laguna's downtown area. The cottages are great for 1 or 2 people and full of charm and comfort, easy to forego evenings out in favor of nights lounging in front of the tv and fire with a couple bottles of wine. I can't speak to what the ambiance is like when the property has more occupants since I was fortunate enough to be the only person staying here at the time. However, I can imagine the possibility that in high season, depending on the occupants (especially if there are kids in the mix (IMO this should DEFINITELY be an adult only complex and no more than 2 occupants per cottage) I could see the experience quickly swinging from idyllic to horrific. In this case however this was a welcome respite from the city and I loved it. I would add that the host was very responsive and helpful as well.”
