Another shower with WC. Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Large comfortable studio

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

House with pool in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the ocean

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
