Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.
