Thanks to its strategic location, you can reach all the main points of interest in a few minutes by car. The chairlift to Ciampedie is only 1 km away, while the Buffaure cable car is 3 km away. Canazei is 10 km away and Moena 8 km.

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa (Café Villa Bux) and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
