It’s an ideal spot for families or a convenient home base for fishing enthusiasts. It features a secure backyard and dogs are welcome. It is situated above the garage with its own private entrance. Inside you’ll find a cozy fireplace, a stocked kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a comfortable living room with a TV and two small bedrooms

The home has its own dock and buoy. You have access to a boat launch, 9 hole golf course, beach, recreation center, restaurant and sports courts at Lake Almanor West Country Club which is within walking distance.

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience
