Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Almanor Peninsula

An absolutely fantastic place, great layout, very cozy, private, incredible location. I liked that just about every bedroom has it's own full bathroom, a rare and hard to find commodity when searching for a place to stay on vacation. Another big plus is the amenities of the Nakoma Resort were included, WOW!!! Lets not forget about the views off the back deck of the green on the 6th hole of The Dragon GC. I especially liked the binder showing the lakes around the area, I caught some Largemouth bass at Lake Davis. Looking forward to doing this again next year. Recently had a road trip and stayed at this cabin. I definitely recommend it. Well appointed, cool game room, and great location.

Communication was quick and consistent. They offered a lot of flexibility with our plans. This is the only wood cabin I have ever seen remodeled successfully! It is modern and comfortable =] The backyard is it's own oasis

The cabin was perfect for our small get together. Our families had teens to toddlers and the cabin had something for each one of them. The foggy lake we woke up to in the morning is a pleasant experience and beautiful.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to slow down and enjoy the simple things, this is the place. We left feeling refreshed and already thinking about our next visit.

Beautiful house and location. Kitchen was best stocked we’ve stayed in. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Very happy and would definitely stay again.

My first thought walking into this house was it smelled and felt like Grandma's house! we enjoyed the hot tub, playing music on the record player, playing Cornhole, cooking, admiring the nice decor, and relaxing in a beautiful little neighborhood. We explored Burney Falls, The lava tube, and Lassen National Park. Breakfast at JJ's was good too, right down the road.

Lovely home in the High Sierras gorgeous surroundings and plenty of beautiful views. The wild life was a nice touch we enjoyed watching them in the mornings and evenings. Would highly recommend and will be coming back as soon as we can!

We stated here for 2 nights while visiting Lassen national park. This cabin is located in a peaceful place. You have few neighbors around the area, so you wont feel isolated. Todd and Becky had the place set up with a keen eye for details. If u have forgotten to pack anything for your hike at Lassen, you may be able to find it here for use during the trip. They have binoculars and hiking sticks and torch etc which is not something we have seen at other stays. Kitchen had all the necessities. There was a bottle of wine for us. There was water in fridge. Bedroom was nice and comfortable. The other room had games and coloring books for kids. They were very responsive hosts. Overall it was a great stay and close enough to the national park. We would definitely recommend it and come here again!

This is a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and peaceful and Aaron and family are gracious and communicative hosts. I can’t wait to stay again when I visit next!

A great place surrounded by beautiful mountains and valley. The check in was easy and had no trouble finding the place. Despite the place not having heating, the cold mornings felt nice as it got hot during my days at work in the area. The location of this place was because it is next to where I work in the forest and is right off the hwy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this place again.

A beautiful home in a breathtaking setting overlooking the river. Very clean with cozy cabin decor. Kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, glasses and pots and pans. We celebrated my grandson’s first birthday and Mother’s Day. My older grandson (2.5 years) loved the fire pit and making his first s’mores. The deck is wonderful and we watched birds, bats and stars. We would absolutely love to stay again!

We absolutely loved the space—such a beautiful cabin in the woods! The backyard was especially amazing; we had a great time around the bonfire under the stars. Everything about the place was fantastic, except for the hot water situation. Since we were a large group, the last few people had to take cold showers. Other than that, it was an incredible stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything our family of five needed. We cooked many of our meals at the cabin. The location is minutes from Graeagle and is located on the Feather River. There are many places to sit and relax around the property and on the banks of the river. The indoor and outdoor furniture were both comfortable and plentiful (we don’t always find this). We could see the care and intention with everything in and around the cabin. Our family enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening and had wonderful meals and game time at the large dining table. It was a very hot during part of our stay (we stayed for five days) and there were fans in all rooms; the cabin stayed nice and cool. Janet and Kristin were always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

My stay at Erica's Rustic Cabin was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was clean, and very well appointed. 3 beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds, a kitchen with everything you'll ever need for cooking, and a peaceful and quiet setting for relaxing after exploring the beautiful parks and forests. Erica was quick to respond and more than helpful. Checking in was as easy and straight forward as it gets. I highly recommend this place for a home base for exploring the scenery, or just relaxing around in the beautiful pine trees. 5 Stars!

We had an excellent stay, despite the smoke from the Park fire. Karen was very responsive and willing to work with us if we decided the smoke was going to be too much. The house was beautifully decorated and worked perfect for our family of 4. Having a boat slip you could see from the balcony was such a nice touch. The neighbors were all very nice. We will be back!

Shawn’s place was just what we needed in a great location. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy walk to town. His place had all the necessities and he was a great host.

We had an amazing time at this place! The place was very clean with all the amenities, beautiful surroundings and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had a lot of fun exploring Burney falls and Lassen park. Sledding at Eskimo hill was a bonus! Highly recommend this place and we hope to come back again !

We had a blast. Even caught fish out back. House was great would do It again.

This is definitely a perfect getaway! I was roadtriping and stopped by Shingletown. Candess’s farm is huge and very beautiful. It’s for sure a wonderful place to have friends gathering, bbq, pool, animals, and all the natural beauty! The cabin is super super cute I literally screamed out when I stepped in, it’s exactly what you would imagine in the tales. Only thing was it didn’t have any service and I happened to get some work to do, and they kindly invited me to use the guest room which has internet. The night was amazing!

Very easy and pleasant stay at the south entrance of Lassen National Park.

Ronald is a great communicator. His place is really nice, serious work and detail went in to the theme of this property with its decorations and the furnishings. Beautiful surrounding area - we really enjoyed our stay!

This cozy cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the amenities we needed to be able to rest and relax after long days of adventuring with family. Would definitely recommend. Hosts were great!
