Condo holiday rentals in Lake Atitlán

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The view of San Pedro from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I ended up spending more time at the unit in the hammock for that reason. There is no A/C (as most accommodations in the area) but you can leave the windows open to cool down at night (I didn’t have any insect problems during my stay). The unit is situated between San Pedro and San Juan so you’ll have easy access to both areas via tuktuk. San Pedro is a loud nightlife area so bring ear plugs (also what other guests have mentioned in their reviews so I was aware when I had booked this). I’m not sure if there are any other spots that you could get the same view without the noise. The unit is outside of the main busy areas so there aren’t any restaurants nearby but it’s really easy to grab a tuktuk right out front for very little (10-15 GTQ). Clemente was also very kind and very responsive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.

This place is nice & spacious inside & out. They have good coffee in the kitchen, candles to light, beach towels, an ironing board & a huge balcony. Views from every window. Only thing is the locks are very confusing & as a woman I would’ve liked not to worry about that. Also be mindful with your luggage it’s 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door. But nonetheless they’re very kind people & were very quick to respond to all our inquiries offer recommendations & went out of their way to assure we’re all good when there was a mix up with our checkout. Cute beachy feeling place I found to be with such a beautiful unique private view of the lake & two chairs to take it all in it almost felt lucky to have that all to ourselves

Excelente servicio, higiene, instrucciones claras, servicios de excelente calidad, un poco alejando de la zona viva pero se podía llegar en tuktuk sin problema alguna, muy amigable don Cirilo.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala

location is perfect. We are into night life entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Pana Rock and Circus Bar pretty much every night for their great Live music performed by local artists. Walking distance to Lake where you can catch a boat ride to any surrounding town on the lake. Many restaurant options from early in the day to late at night, something the smaller surrounding towns don't have. Sarah and Reyna were very helpful and provided extra towels during our stay. We forgot our car keys after we checked out, and they were available for us to retrieve our keys as soon as we could make it back.

Sarah’s place was in an amazing location in Pana! A short walk away to literally everything, the best grocery store, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the docks. Her place feels extremely safe with a locking main entrance door to the complex after the cafe below closes at night. We felt so lucky to have this modern, clean, and comfy studio space in a modern and well-maintained complex to return to after so many adventures out exploring this incredible area. We worked remotely from here and the WiFi was very reliable other than when the entire town lost power for 4 hours during a storm. It was fun to watch the world go by from the window seats…we caught a few parades from there! We were so grateful to have air conditioning here as we visited when it was quite warm. There were a few nights where you felt like the live band nearby was literally inside the complex, but we were warned in advance and it was only on weekends. All in all, great place to stay in Pana!

Marco and his helper, Margareta or Magdelana (?), were very prompt, helpful and easy to reach. All we needed was to check-in and then check-out at the end but all went well. The apartment was clean and tidy and convenient to Santander Street and with an inexpensive tuk-tuk ride anywhere in town.

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊

Nefrita is really a sweetheart. I was sick for a lot of my stay but she was very accommodating. The location sucks but that is not her fault. Lots of construction which my lungs were not liking. But Nefrita and her family were so kind. Her little dogs are amazing as well.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

All the staff were responsive and friendly! We truly felt like there is no place more beautiful on the lake than Alas Del Angel! Feels like a boutique style hotel, and the landscaping was absolutely gorgeous. It’s within walking distance to San Marcos “downtown” area but tucked away. We loved the kayaks, paddle board and private dock. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the restaurant one morning. The one downside is the additional cost for the jacuzzi, which we would have loved to use but was a bit overpriced. Second, we didn’t notice before coming that the 2nd bedroom was entirely detached/separate entrance. It is right next door, just no connecting door. Thanks again!

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación en donde nos quedamos estaba muy bien, con una vista espectacular hacia el Lago, el personal siempre muy agradable y la comunicación fue siempre clara, por lo que recomendamos puedan visitar el lugar, creo que un día no es suficiente para disfrutar un poco más!

Me encantó mi estadía! Es un lugar mágico pero sobre todo me encantó la amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo Noelia y don Vicente. Regresaría sin dudarlo! Además llevaba a mi bebé de 10 meses y él se disfrutó todo ya que era un entorno super tranquilo . Lo único que me gustaría es que el restaurante estuviera abierto hasta un poco más tarde porque todo estaba realmente rico. 10/10 !

Very attentive staff, we drove and had private parking. View was amazing. We went kayaking (where the trampolin is) to the reserve near by. Bring $20Q per person so you can dock and swim around there. The water is great! Very comfortable beds!

The host’s communication was well. I was given an outline of options on how to make my way to the property and it was let to be known what people should be charging me during this commute. The view is beautiful. Every morning I woke up feeling at peace. The staff is helpful. They will help with your luggage and even getting a tuk tuk to San Marcos.
