Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Coeur d'Alene

Very comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, has a family room and breakfast nook, kitchen had all the basics we needed, bath has plenty of towels and toiletries. Homey feel and quiet neighborhood. We like to walk and found this location walkable for all that we needed. I would be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely LOVE and highly recommend this home. The best care was put into it with such wonderful thought into every detail. Felt like home away from home. The owners were super attentive to any questions we had, getting back to us quickly. They were hands down the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. Great location too within walking distance to some great restaurants and easy access to the freeway for any further ventures.

Maybe the cleanest short term rental I’ve ever stayed in. Denice was a great host, ensuring any needs during the stay were met; even providing us with essentials we didn’t bring with us while traveling with our toddler. Short drive to down town or the lake. I would recommend anyone to stay here

Staying in the ITrip property was incredible. They thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. I could possibly recommend this property any higher. Views were amazing, mattresses were so comfortable, bedding and amenities were very soft, kitchen was perfectly stocked and even had ice ready for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Alden was a fantastic host, super kind and genuine, quick to respond, amazing property, and fantastic value, he's a Christian too so big plus from me!

Was absolutely beautiful and very quite and very peaceful. Got to see a Momma deer and twin babies along with 10 Wild Turkeys. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and stay again Thank you so much

LOVED this place! Booked it for a vacation for my husband, myself and our baby. We brought our bikes and biked everywhere during our stay. The beach is literally a 5 min bike ride away. Home itself was clean (I have very high standards and was impressed), high quality and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable as are linens. 10/10!!

The apartment is wonderful! It is very clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen. The location is great, with close proximity to the lake. Great spot and great hosts, highly recommend!

This was a great find. Chris and Maria have put a lot of care into this place. it's modern and very clean with off-street parking. The location is great too. super easy to get down town or to get north to Silverwood and Sandpoint. I used to like in the area in the 80's and come back into town often. I'll be seeking this place out for my next visit.

Heather’s place was exactly as described. It’s a cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the notebook filled with local recommendations of restaurants to try (after a long drive this was very helpful). Our stay was wonderful and if we’re ever back in the area we will absolutely revisit.

Aaron was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. The space is so cozy and homey it felt like I was visiting family and not at a sterile hotel. Aaron also provides everything you can think of. Extra blankets, dishes, silverware, cups, shampoo, q-tips, some water bottles, etc. He's thought of everything. He was very communicative and was quick to respond as well as check-in to make sure I was doing well and have everything I needed. Overall, staying her was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Courtney's apartment was absolutely perfect. This is probably the best Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. I was in town for the Ironman event, and wanted something with a bit more space than a hotel room and a kitchen. We really felt like we had a "home" for my 4 night stay rather than just a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone staying for more than a night or 2. The location was perfect, and everything you'd like to do in downtown CDA was a 10 minute walk.

This place was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. It had every amenity we needed plus a few extras -- cruiser biles to look around the neighborhood and shop at local stores, adirondack chairs in the front yard, and rainier cherries we could pick and eat right from the tree in our yard! Douglas and Kristin were amazingly friendly. If we're ever in Coeur d'Alene, we would stay here.

The place is in a great location next to restaurants and stores! It’s only 5 minutes from the lake! The condo was very open and clean; and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo is exactly as described and very neat and clean. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. No issues or concerns. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great stay for a trip to Silverwood! Walkable to Tubbs Hill and downtown CDA.

Robbie and Torey were awesome, they provided everything you could need to make you feel at home, love the Riverstone dining and shopping area, but the balcony was my favorite part! :)

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Stayed at Jennifer’s and it was a great experience. The check in instructions were very clear and detailed. Great location with a lot to do in the immediate surrounding, and just a quick drive to downtown CDA. Additionally, we stayed here for to run the CDA 70.3 Ironman and it was the perfect location and the perfect place to properly prepare for and recover from the race, if your looking for a place for next years race this is the spot! Wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in CDA
