Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

AMAZING views! The sunsets were beautiful. The place was easy to get to and in a great location. It was clean, and communication with the host was easy.

Very comfortable space to stay at and it was extremely secure so we felt safe while we stayed. Evelyn is such a kind lady as well! Thankful to have been able to stay here 🙏

Absolutely beautiful house! We landed super late and had to check in super late and they were so understanding. Our boys loved the house and all the lake toys even in the 60° weather. Shelley was so sweet and made checking in and everything so easy for us! :)

Satisfied with the stay, the only issue was one of the bedroom entrances was thru the bathroom, so if someone was using the bathroom than we either had to wait in the bedroom or in the living room

Beautiful place, Our only complaint would be how loud the upstairs guests children were constant running around and slamming of what sounded like furniture, not very sound proof. Parking was also a bit of a pain but workable. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

This was the perfect location for our family of six. It was a very convenient walking distance for hiking the local neighborhood as well as walking to breakfast at Michael D's. It is very convenient for touring downtown and all of the activities we wanted to do. In addition we had great bird and wildlife viewing from the back porch overlooking the lake. It was very clean and outfitted with all of the things we needed. We cooked in the mornings and outside on the BBQ on one evening. Perfect place for our group and we hope we can return sometime in the near future.

To anyone who wants a peaceful get away but yet so close to the city, shopping, activities, sight seeing, etc. you must stay here! No matter a group of people or just for two it’s the spot indeed! Especially if you love wildlife passing through, or if you want to go down to the river and catch a rainbow trout. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

Beautiful views and a nice place for events. Not many places are so accommodating with hosting events.

Have stayed at this Airbnb SEVERAL times now - almost like an annual tradition at this point - and it’s because of location and the incredible hospitality that they show EVERY SINGLE TIME to us. We are so grateful for our northern Idaho friends and the memorable highlight they provide every year! Can’t say enough good things.

Beautiful home for a meet up with family! Looked just like the photos and was very clean. We traveled with 6 children and we appreciated all of the kid amenities they offered! Hope to stay again!

We stayed at the Tiny House and the view was breathtaking! Right on the water and so peaceful!! Waking up every morning and drinking my coffee outside watching the birds and fish was perfect! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and so clean and well maintained! Thank you for an excellent visit! We will be back!

We had an absolute blast. Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding sitting on the porch watching eagles fish. Couldn’t have been a better experience. The house was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was awesome. The hosts were very responsive and proactive in their communication and even left us a nice gift to welcome us there.

Great place to stay in the Coeur d”Alene area. I love the views and the convenient location. They were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. It had a great bar to eat at as well as a dining room table.

Phillip and his wife have been very kind to us. We were scheduled to arrive early the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. communication with them was easy and friendly. They even made sure we had extra chairs available for our Thanksgiving dinner with family. Unfortunately on our way to Idaho we were in a massive car accident that left us in the hospital for several days. We missed out on our stay at this property. Philip and his wife were very understanding and sent us all the well wishes and healing vibes. We recommend staying at this property based on the kindness we received from the hosts. We will certainly be attempting another stay with them as soon as we can.

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

This place was such an amazing find. My family loved staying at this lakefront home. We did the Hiawatha Trail, a couple of days at Silverwood, and celebrated my daughter's birthday there. The views of the lake are wonderful. The setting is beautiful. The only negative I can think of was that there seems to not be great insulation in between units. I fell asleep listening to a stranger snoring on the other side of the wall and was woken up by people walking around above us. We also left a fan on while we were out one day and someone had left an angry note on our door about them hearing the fan. But overall it was a lovely place and we would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay at CDA Vacation Rentals condo. The location is ideal with lots of things to do within walking distance. If you want to do some walking or cycling the centennial trial is just outside. The condo is super comfortable and nicely furnished. The host was very responsive to questions we had and helpful during our stay. Overall, highly recommend this stay!

This is a beautiful townhouse with a great view of the lake. Very clean and comfortable. I liked that there were TV’s and fans in the rooms. Shower was great in the master. This location is about 25 minute down steep terrain to get to Coeur D’Alene and restaurants. There isn’t really anything close or within walking distance if you are looking to be near town. The parking space was a little difficult to find as the spaces aren’t in numerical order as you would expect!

Their attention to detail and hospitality truly set this experience apart. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.
