Tom's place was perfect for my visit - not only was it a very interesting home architecturally, beautiful location, super-comfortable, with everything one needs - it also was a great place to work, complete with a desk and large monitor with all of the connections needed to do it efficiently. I would stay there again, absolutely.

Loved this spot! It was totally accessible, clean, and had everything I needed. Just a 20 min walk from the adorable Ballard Ave, which I loved exploring. Sam had recommendations for me and guidebooks, which I appreciated even though I was primarily there for work. Parking spot made it 10/10.

Went to Ballard to visit friends and work remotely for a week. Seeing as there are only two hotels in the Ballard area, Airbnb was the way to go. G's unit is perfect for one or two people to stay. The unit is within a short walking distance of so many things, including Trader Joe's and LA Fitness, and a 15-20 minute walk of everything Ballard has to offer in shopping, bars, and restaurants. The area is still being developed, but I always felt safe walking around at night. G was very helpful when there were minor issues with the air conditioning unit and was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage before check-in. A+!

One of the most thoughtfully constructed Airbnb I have stayed in. Actually, THE most thoughtful: although a loft, it certainly didn't feel like it. It felt spacious, modern, outlets where you needed them, plenty of closet space. The location of the windows was clearly designed to both take advantage of the cross breeze while simultaneously securing privacy with the adjacent trees - the unit has A/C, but I never had to use it. The parking space is wonderful, and the quite and safe neighborhood was ideal. And don't be concerned about the picture of the refrigerator at the bottom of the stairs - the kitchen unit itself has two large refrigerator drawers - I personally only used the downstairs fridge for my traveling ice packs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simha's place. It was so clean and wonderfully appointed with things that made our stay comfortable, such as coffee pods and several little sweet treats (being diabetic my husband often needs a quick sugar fix). The shower had the perfect water pressure and sustained temperature and was exceptionally clean. The check in and out were easy. It's a studio so there is no couch, but we were out much of the time and the bed was comfortable to lounge on. Magnuson Park is just steps away and a beautiful place to walk around. Strongly recommend Simha's place!

What a wonderful idyllic location! Loved checking out the birds and squirrels in the morning. A true paradise.

Great place. Walking distance to coffee shop and several restaurants. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Kirkland. 5 stars all the way!

I was so happy to experience all the thoughtful details in this space. I felt like a valued guest. Beyond the beautiful surrounds, inside and out,I was most impressed with the high quality and abundant extras he provided for my ease and comfort. We very much enjoyed our time here. Everything is perfectly neat, orderly, and meticulously maintained. The location was perfect for our travels with a ferry only 15 minutes away one direction, and Poulsbo 15 minutes the other. Anne was very kind and gave us great local recommendations. Would love to stay again some day.

Wendy and Billy were great hosts - very responsive and friendly :) Their place was super cozy and the location is unbeatable! We greatly enjoyed walking around the nearby parks and exploring the tasty restaurants in downtown Kirkland. Also, if you have a little one with you, the Kirkland library is just a few minutes walk away and has lots of kid friendly activities, including story time! Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely look to book this place again next time we visit Kirkland!

Great location. Space is as advertised. Very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the host did have a gathering going on outside so that was a little awkward not knowing that was happening, but would still stay again!

Great location and very clean and cozy place to stay for families and friends. Eddie is always responsive and helpful, we really enjoyed our time in Seattle at his place!

Perfect base for moving out our son from UW dorm and for prepping for a long weekend trip to Olympic National Park. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our young adult children very much appreciated the folding bed so they didn’t have to share a bed. 😄 The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed a nice morning walk to a cute coffee shop and to Thornton Creek. Thank you!

Lee’s place was very private, clean and comfortable. We loved its being a five-minute walk from our son’s house, but even if we weren’t near our son, it’s close to shopping, restaurants and parks. The street is beautiful with so many lush trees and flowers in bloom.

The location was very walkable to great (and good) restaurants, to the Fred Meyer grocery store, and just a short walk to our children who live locally- the point of our visit. The unit’s use of a small space is smart. The living, sleeping, bathroom and kitchen space never felt cramped for the 2 of us. The hosts are responsive and provided great instruction front end. Overall, a fine experience!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome value for the money, and Laura is a great host. The lilypad was the perfect base for our recent trip - centrally located, super clean, quiet, and everything you need as a home away from home. The grounds are beautiful, and the hot tub hit "just right" after exploring the area all day. The cleanup instructions at the end of our visit (none - we'll take care of everything) was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay with Laura, and would return in a heartbeat!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!

Bittersweet experience. Great shower/bath, overall comfy. Condo residents are young (20’s-30’s) but floor was quiet. If you open the one window for air, street is noisy (window A/C isn’t much quieter). Walkability to Whole Foods and quick take-out is plentiful. Location feels less walkable to “downtown” where there are more restaurants/shops. But there is a path that runs under highway. If you cook, supplies are minimal. They do provide a spice rack and pots/pans, but no measuring cups or measuring spoons. Nor a strainer for rice. While the host is cheerful, this didn’t make up for the lack of effort to fix what was missing. We wondered about the lack of a dish sponge, dish rack, etc. And despite the garage not working when we arrived - no effort was made to make us feel better about our stay - or even drop off a dish sponge. As long as this rental stays in the vicinity of $200 (all taxes/fees included) per night then it may be worth these inconveniences. Also, INSIST on two fobs.

Ron's Airbnb was fabulous. everything that it advertised. everything that you needed was provided for. his insights to the area were spot on. and Alki lake is a great area, so quiet. loved walking down to the beach in the morning. getting a coffee.

Would absolutely stay again. Lovely, clean unit, close to downtown. Stayed for a work conference at the Hyatt, easy walk to/from. And the coffee bar is top notch, so many thoughtful small details. Much better than hotel coffee! Thank you
