Linda and Gary were great host. They are very friendly personable and really made us feel at home like we had been friends forever. This is a very peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and the local recommendations that they gave us were awesome. We look forward to staying with them again.

Large home with plenty of beds, table spaces and sitting accommodation for a large group to be comfortable. Decks were nice, all the items to cook a meal. Extra fridge in garage was nice as well. We enjoyed our stayed beautiful trees when sitting on patio felt like you were ins tree house. Plenty of windows for beautiful inside views as well! All aspects of our stayed were great!

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! My hubby and I totally recommend Dennis & his beautiful wife.... they were awesome!🥰

What a great stay! The power went out around 11pm one night and both Welibeth and Gary came down with a candle for us and to make sure we were ok - very thoughtful! The location is STUNNING. The hosts do a fantastic job at giving you the details you need to know - putting in the location of the house in your GPS AFTER entering the gates and how many steps down to the airbnb there are. The jetted tub was an amazing feature after a long day at Magic Springs. Thank you again, Welibeth and Gary!!!

It was very beautiful. My 12 year old son had a blast and was able to all the fishing he wanted!

Pauline was in charge of this particular condominium. I never met her in person, but she was responsive and helpful and even allowed us to check into the room early without additional charges. I am 110% satisfied and have already recommended to a friend who is going to Hot Springs in a couple of weeks.

Absolutely perfect for what I planned. I will definitely be back to this location. Close to everything you need in hot springs. Very nice place with everything we needed. Except a cookie sheet!!

Loved the entrance which was lit up at night and the gate added feeling of security. Very quite inside of the building and getting to all the attractions around hot springs was super easy from this condo.

We had a great stay at Kristins place! The condo building itself is a little retro but Kristin has thoughtfully updated her place while Maintaining the charm and integrity. It was a perfect location for us, and super clean!

We enjoyed staying here. This property was very convenient to the business conference that I was attending. The property was located close enough to restaurants and other touristy locations. We will check this availability the next time we visit Hot Springs.

The condo was perfect for us! Our host was amazing. Just know that the front desk is only open for 2 hours a day. The pool was perfect and the game room fun. Mini golf they only had 2 small putters available but as soon as you walked in the gates bugs was swarming. They do have kayaks you can check out. you just have to make it in the time frame the front desk is open and get on a list. I loved our host and their place but if you're also looking at things offered at the resort it is a little ran down and some not available.

Me and my family of 6 had a wonderful time. We had lots of room throughout the condo with 6 of there. Dee Dee was very responsive to questions, and the description was spot on. We will definitely be back.

It is a peaceful neighborhood to stay in. We managed to see deer in the yard. We enjoyed staying at the Dawson during our trip to Hot Springs. Jason and Dawn are friendly and responded to messages quickly.

The location was spectacular, the home was in excellent condition, and Brandon and his wife had prepared the home with almost all the comforts of home. The linens were cozy soft and bright white (except for the beach towels, which were brown). Communications were rapidly responded to and always helpful and polite. Their checkout instructions were easy to follow and relatively easy to accomplish.

We had the best time. This place is just like the photos. The a/c was amazing. It is very spacious. It was everything we expected and more. The hosts were very responsive. We would stay again.

Great place to stay with kids. The game room was amazing. The kitchen was very well furnished and full filled all our needs.

I can not say enough good things about this house! We knew before we ever walked in the door it was perfect for us. It truly felt like “home” for us. I think our favorite part of the house was the dining room. Both bathrooms were so perfect. The master bedroom was huge & I loved being able to walk out on the balcony from my room. They thought of everything that a guest would need, from ziplock bags to blowdryers. The gym has multiple kinds of exercise equipment, a fully stocked coffee bar, snacks in the kitchen, plenty of extra towels/linens, a huge bean bag. The beds are sooo comfy!!! I also really loved the windows in the kitchen & the stove works great. The washer/dryer works great & holds a lot. There was literally nothing that we didn’t love. We enjoyed our stay so much. This was exactly what we needed. We were so sad we couldn’t stay longer. It’s a little expensive, I normally would never pay this but it was worth EVERY PENNY & I would do it again for sure! Highly recommend!!!

Loved the house and it was completely furnished and every detail thought out. The view is beautiful and peaceful on the golf course. We loved our stay with entire family and would definitely recommend this home.

Being on the tee box of the 18th hole makes the patio what stands out to us. The home has a fantastic great room that’s large enough for our extended family to all be together. The master bathroom is oversized and very nice. Melissa has everything you need and neatly labeled to feel right at home.

The house was beautiful, Jennifer was the perfect host. Responded quickly anytime I reached out with questions. I would definitely stay again.
