We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We truly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Our hosts were also fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. This was a great stay from start to finish, and we would absolutely return again!

James was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt access info and instructions. We all loved the relaxing pool, ping pong table in the game room, the space throughout the house, the sound system and grilling on the patio. The details were a wonderful bonus such as the throw blankets, kitchen utensils, and the beach towels and pool toys. Very family friendly home and a great place to retreat.

We had a wonderful time!! My family love the pool and we were able to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from high school. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Overall had a great stay! A few things to note for future b&bers: The only staircase is a black spiral staircase, which was a little difficult for our older family members to manage. The cooking utensils/food storage is a bit on the sparse side, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking/having leftovers, you may want to bring some cheap plastic Tupperware! The bbq grill/beach gear leaves a lot to be desired! It has definitely seen the wear and tear of previous guests. Which isn’t a big deal, but not something to depend on using without some TLC. Overall our stay was amazing. It’s a dream location with amazing beach access. The beds were phenomenal, and I will miss how comfortable it was. Shannon was an amazing host and left fresh flowers and apothecary items for us leaving the whole place smelling amazing our whole visit. I would absolutely recommend Mermaid manor to anyone visiting the area!

Well-appointed, super clean accommodations and a wonderful host are what you get at this oceanfront Airbnb! We enjoyed watching huge pods of pelicans cruise the shoreline for their daily catches + a quiet and peaceful vibe the entire week!!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home! The back yard was AMAZING! The house was very spacious with everything you could possibly need! House was also very clean. The back yard is breathtaking, heated pool, fire pit, plenty of outdoor sitting and even a TV outside. Gloria was very nice and very responsive and answered all of my questions as well as provided clear instructions on checking in and out. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this beautiful home again!

This house was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoors, the pool, and especially the animals. My girls loved to feed and pet them. When we had a question, Sophie was quick to respond and was very helpful!! The hosts were exceptional and easy to work with!! If you want to relax and enjoy a quiet space with family or a group, this place is the place to book!!!

Amy was an amazing and responsive host. She answered all questions immediately and offered some great experiences and options while planning the weekend. And it was a wonderful weekend! The property and amenities were just as they were described and we enjoyed it all - even the outdoor movie screen. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings relaxing. Love the well-stocked kitchen and labels! We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

This place is just awesome. the pool is next level. plenty of fresh linens and towels in each bathroom and by the pool. David ( the host)is very responsive and helpful. the only negative is the outdoor kitchen wasn't operational. But we didn't really care because everything else was so great. We plan on renting this property for all our future trips to the area.

I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

Our group had such a great time here, the whole house was clean and comfortable. There were so many fun amenities that kept us entertained during our stay but our favorites were definitely basketball and the pool. The space was perfect for the 9 of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

The cavana is beautiful and peaceful, it feels cozy. Free from all the crazy city lights and traffic sounds. Like been at home in the jungle. Far away from everyone and everything. It's a perfect cozy get away. My bestie and my friends love it. They were all surprised and very happy, everyone was excited and lots of things to explore and do. We all love it and 100% recommend the cavana and the friendly host. We call it cavana because it feels peaceful, calm, cozy. I hope everyone enjoys their stay just like we did.

This place was beautiful! We took our seniors for their Senior Class Trip. Bryan was very accommodating. We unexpectedly needed to check in earlier than planned. He worked it out with no issues. The kids loved the pool and fire pit. We couldn’t keep most of them off the ping pong table. We had a few bumps while there. The washer and stove went out. However, Bryan was very proactive. He had someone there in no time. He also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well! This is what a Airbnb stay should be like. Sure, everything will not be perfect. But with a host like this, it sure felt like it!!! Thanks again for the beautiful stay!

This home was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, spacious, and perfect for our group getaway. The host truly thought of everything! From the soft, plush linens and cozy beds to the abundance of fresh towels and fully stocked essentials, every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The home was spotless and incredibly comfortable for a large group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy both indoors and out. The outdoor space was a dream—gorgeous waterfront views, plenty of seating, and direct access to the lake made it the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening chats, and everything in between. We had such a relaxing and memorable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Loved the location, pool and house were clean and tons of fun. Had floats for the pool, bbq pit with propane. Moree was very nice, helpful and responsive. We would rent the house again. Fabulous stay!!!

We loved our stay at the Summer Tree Cabin! It’s a very private location that will refresh your soul. It’s located away from the business, you are in the woods! The little pond is fabulous. Pool is right by owners home, but they let you have the place to yourself! They have a wonderful little fitness center with a great massage chair. The property is gorgeous and the ducks are adorable. The cabin is clean, great upstairs for kids! Please note the loft has a ladder, but it feels safe and unique. Host leaves you fresh eggs and homemade sausage, such a treat! Kitchen is fully stocked with all you might need! Be mindful that your gps directions might take you on some various directions to get to the house, but it’s worth the extra turns. Would definitely stay again!!

We had the most incredible stay at Angies airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by stunning views, fresh air, and the simple beauty of nature. The property is absolutely breathtaking – a serene pond, wide open skies, and beautiful trees that made us feel like we had truly gotten away from it all. Our kids loved the friendly longhorns and curious donkeys – The space was perfect for quality family time, whether we were exploring the land or fishing the pond. Every bass we caught was a solid fish and put up a great fight! The home itself was cozy, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back! We can't thank the family enough for opening up their property and allowing us to create long lasting memories.

The home was fantastic! It was easy to access and very pleasant. The pool and spa were amazing, and the patio area was perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, and socializing. There was also a game room with a television – an added bonus! The home is a short walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart (with delivery and pickup services). Also Galveston was a quick and delightful ferry ride away, another added bonus. Definitely will be back next year!!!
