Beachfront holiday rental in Lake Huron

Rob communicated proactively before check-in and check-out. He provides an amazing location with everything you need to enjoy the Alpena area! Our family had a wonderful time and felt right at home.

Matthew’s place was absolutely perfect for our quick trip to Alpena with our dog. Puppers absolutely loved all the dog-friendly amenities. Little bit older home, but that makes it extremely pet (and kid) friendly. Matthew was very responsive & flexible with our situation for check in-out. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

We had such a great time staying at Ken’s place! The only thing that would have made this trip better is if the skies were clear during the days we stayed so we could have fully enjoyed the amazing view of the sunset and stars that the property offers! Our dogs loved staying here as well and they had lots of room to run around and play freely. Our time here was so peaceful and such a nice getaway and we can’t wait to come back!

I had the most incredible weekend at Elliott Tree Farm! The property is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect, private escape into nature. I stayed with my dogs (all 13 of them), and we all had the best time exploring and relaxing. Derek went above and beyond and was an amazing host — incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. You can really tell he puts his heart into making sure guests have a great experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you so much, Derek — can’t wait to come back and explore even more of what Elliott Tree Farm has to offer!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!

Great place if you looking to get away from the buzz! Very peaceful location with clean lake access and kayak. George was great with communication and recommendations. He even kept us posted on Northern light probability!

The property at Boyne is a classic and has maintained a warm place in our memories which we have returned to decades ago after decades. There is history and seasoning in everything which has traveled and joined in our time and hopes every time we attend.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive

We had a wonderful time. Although the weather was cold, this place has the most gorgeous pool with a private area, fire pit, and a fountain. We hope to come back and enjoy it when the temps are warmer.

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

Beautiful place, beautiful environment! Michelle was so helpful & easy to communicate too! Even though it was unfortunate the pool / hot tub wasn’t opened in time, it was still a great stay! Will definitely be coming back time & time again!

The cottage was beautiful! With the lake outside the back door, and several outdoor spaces to relax in, this home would be a blast in the summer. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and the cozy spots inside during a snow storm. It was perfect getaway, and look forward to coming back!

Tim’s place is exactly what I needed for a short personal retreat! The spot is better than advertised with numerous, most pleasant surprises. It was a delightful pleasure to be at Tim and Bridget’s Airbnb. I enjoyed every single moment of my stay and would absolutely LOVE to return to indulge in it again. Millie's place was a perfect getaway for my husband and I before the arrival of our baby in August. (Very pregnant friendly!) The cottage was incredibly clean, organized, and cute!! The patio was comfortable for lounging and reading. The yard was the perfect size for our pups to run around and enjoy themselves. The view of the lake was breathtaking! Doreen was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely recommend Millie's Place to anyone wanting to enjoy fresh air, relaxation, and beautiful scenery!

Absolutely lovely cottage! Everything was very organized and tidy, which I love. Instructions and information was very clear. Beautiful spot, with incredible sunsets, close to an incredible sandy beach. Definitely recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you again.

I highly recommend this cozy getaway! It was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of games and amenities to keep you busy but also a lot of places to relax and read a book. If the sky is clear at night, the stars are beautiful. Host is very responsive, polite, and she made sure we had everything we needed.

Me and my husband book this beautiful place to.unvind from the city. The place did full justice. Elizabeth communicated with us really well and was flexible with the check in time. She left the place spot on for us. Really was able to connect to the nature. Would definitely come back.
