Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Istokpoga

Great place! Very comfortable and clean, kitchen had more amenities than any place I have stayed. Cindy was great to communicate with, she responded very quickly to any question I had. We will be booking in the future as we return back home to settle my parent's estate.

Was in town for 1 night for High School sports tournament. Had a great stay, place was as shown on the pictures. Pool was very close by and nice after a full day outside in the sun. Host was fantastic and responsive. House was clean and comfortable, and host provided a lot of nice touches/amenities. Would absolutely come back if staying in the area again in the future.

Love the unit and Heidi was great, very friendly and communicative! The units seems to be about 10 minutes away of everything. It was very clean, nice kitchen and living area, it had everything that I needed, almost forgot - the bed was very comfortable. It had beautiful surrounding, the pool in front of the unit made it feel so much nicer. I felt very safe! Would definitely stay again.

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

If you want to visit the downtown Sebring area, than this is the place to stay. The two living room window overlook the Circle Park and Circle Park businesses. This is especially great for those who are visiting because of the Home Town Makeover for this area. This apt is actually in one of the buildings that had some refreshing done to it. The apt is large with a full kitchen and large bedroom. It does have a lot of stairs to go up/down to get to the unit so keep that in mind if you have limitations. If we come back to visit we will definitely check this apt to see if it's available.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Kevin responded promptly when I was in a panic to book. We were already in town and our planned air bnb fell through. It was meant to be because this place was even better! It’s a beautiful house with everything needed plus a great dock on the canal for fishing and kayaking. Kevin and Faith are very friendly and accommodating!

Perfect and close to Sebring circuit. Very large and ideal common areas for a large family or a group of friends. Quiet residential area and José was for whatever we needed.

This Cabin was like an all inclusive resort. We were excited to spend the weekend on the lake and enjoyed all of the amenities provided. They really thought of everything when creating this place. Top notch quality. 10/10 recommend!

We loved the lake house! Great location with absolutely stunning views from all outdoor areas! We really enjoyed relaxing with our morning coffee in the living room while opening the huge sliding doors to the screened in patio. It felt like we were outside but in the comfort of the house. The game room was great for the kids and we had a blast roasting marshmallows and making s’mores by the campfire. Everything was top notch and we can’t wait to head back!

Excellent accommodations. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth your money. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with both the house and the host. We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake. Paris let us use their nice wakeboard, tube and tow rope for the boat, which was really a hit with a couple of our younger guests. The porch always had a breeze and was where we all loved to hang out in the AM for coffee and the PM for conversation. The raised view of the lake from the porch was superb. We had ping pong matches and played cards. There were also many other games available. There were lots of small thoughtful details, too many to list, but really added to our experience. All had fun, and we most certainly recommend both Paris and her lovely house on Lake June!

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

I stayed here for an event at the Sebring International Raceway, and it couldn’t have been more convenient! will book again next year

Place was exactly as pictured. George reached out to answer any questions and tell us how to get in. The place was spotless. Had K cups, creamers and sugars available. Kitchen also has a regular brewer and filters available. It was well stocked and fridge had working ice and water dispenser. There were small toiletry starters available in the bathrooms. Nice handhelds in the showers. Extra towels and linens available. Only used master bed - it was a king size and very comfortable. The living room couch was huge and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the sofa out there. Would 100% rent from him again if it’s available!
