Ms. Sena was a very kind and caring host, always responding to our questions quickly and kindly. We enjoyed the whole process, including check-in, welcome and check-out. The amenities at the house were as described in the ad. While the pool being heated seemed like a detail we wouldn't need at first, it offered us extra comfort and pleasure during our stay. The garden design and lighting of the house are wonderful. We are looking to visit again.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. This house is truly a corner of heaven. Very pleasant, very warm, all kinds of facilities available. 4 adults can easily stay. The house has a very cute garden full of fruit trees. There are tables both in the garden and on the balcony where you can eat your meals. The house is in a very central location, only a few minutes walk from the pier, but the bedrooms overlook the garden and the interior of the house is very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed, from iron to coffee makers. In the spring, the garden of the house can be the best place in the world. We stayed in the fall, but we will be back in the spring. If you want to stay in Heybeliada, you really don't have to go far. Finally, the host is very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the bike on the balcony and collect pomegranate from the garden, it was a flawless experience for us.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We had the opportunity to stay in a wonderful house full of peace, surrounded by nature. Everything was as beautiful as in the photos, even more beautiful. A very calm and pleasant place with a beautiful view. We stayed with our group of 4 friends. We had barbecue with views and rain. The overall cleanliness of the house was good. The garden was beautiful. The interior of the house is also very tastefully designed. Gülşan helped us with everything and conveyed everything we may need. We would like to thank him here as well. Not many places around within walking distance. So it's a good idea to shop and come.
