A safe place where you can enjoy a smooth stay, a place where you can see the nature and city view in one frame, the forest view during the day and the city lights at night are truly magnificent, all kinds of tools and equipment to meet your needs are available in the house, you don't have to worry about anything, and finally, there is parking everywhere, I definitely recommend it

It was a pleasant and beautiful stay in every sense. It was a very clean and nice home. The pool looked a little dirty, but we soon realized that it was because it was in nature rather than cleanliness, because flies and insects entered. The solution-oriented and friendly approach of the employees was nice, thank you.

Everything was very nice, Mr. Atakan is an accessible, kind and helpful person. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is wonderful. It was very nice to sit under the linden trees.

We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought out. The facilities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. Mr. Ahmet and his wife helped us in every way, and we were able to reach them whenever we wanted. I'm thinking of coming back, I'd recommend it to everyone!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

Fantastic apartment. Can’t beat the location! Murat was super friendly, met us downstairs and made sure everything was ok before leaving. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The street gets busy during the day as it leads straight to Galata Tower but from the bedroom you don’t hear any noise and can sleep peacefully. 10/10

We were there with six people and everything just fit as described. Great view from the balcony. The hostess was super nice, polite and answered questions super fast. The apartment was very clean. You are very centrally located to good restaurants and also to Taksim. Thanks for a great stay!

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. The apartment’s breathtaking Bosphorus view turns every meal — especially brunch at the dining table — into a postcard moment. The location is perfect for soaking up Istanbul: steps from cute cafés, trendy restaurants, and lively bars, with ferries close by for quick hops to the Asian side. Inside, everything was spotless; the kitchen is fully equipped, and all the essentials are thoughtfully provided. Yusuf’s communication was fast and clear, with helpful tips that made settling in a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, I can only recommend it! Very close to the center, public transport, but if you like to walk a little, you can reach the main sights on foot within 1 hour. The apartment is clean, it matches the description. In the staircase, you can easily climb the 108 steps, even with a 20 kg suitcase. Cihan is very kind, helpful, responds to every message almost immediately! The mattress of the bed is very comfortable, we slept very well in it. The washing machine and dryer were very useful and we also used the water filter regularly. On weekends, there are parties in the buildings opposite, but by closing the windows, the sound can be minimized and the noise disappears at 2 a.m. If I had to mention a negative, I would mention the creaking of the bed frame and the little loading space. The mattress of the bed is very good, but if you move, it squeaks a lot. Unfortunately, there was only one drawer where we could put some of our clothes. But these problems are negligible!

This apartment was our 2nd stay and everything was as we expected. The location, the comfort of the beds, the meticulousness of the cleaning staff are appreciated. Employees do their jobs as well as they should. We have become a permanent customer and now it is the place we stay every time we come to Istanbul. We had stayed in other hotels in Florida before and we were equally satisfied.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.
