Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

There are kayaks, a paddleboard and lots of floaties available for use. The kids will love the large beach area and catching sunnies, crappies and bass right off the dock. A Bennington pontoon is also available to rent.
