Apartment holiday rentals in Lake Lugano

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub in dem kleinen Studio. Die beiden Terassen sind wirklich toll, mit absolut einnehmendem Blick auf den See. Da es ruhig und nicht sehr touristisch ist, riecht es überall unfaßbar gut nach Heu und Yasminblüten! Man läuft ca. 6 Minuten zum kleinen, sauberen Strand, ebenso lang zum kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Die Möglichkeit zu kochen ist begrenzt, da es nur eine - dafür turboschnelle! - Induktionskochplatte gibt, aber Nudeln mit Pesto oder Risotto gehen immer :-)

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Lire jusqu'au bout - quelques points de vigilance! Le logement proposé est exceptionnel, avec une vue incroyable sur le lac de lugano. Nous avons vu plein d'hirondelles! Nous sommes venus en train directement de Milan et nous avons pu ensuite prendre le train (qui passe toutes les heures jusqu'à tard) pour faire de nombreuses activités. Il y a de très bons restaurants dans le village et le glacier en bas de l'immeuble est à essayer absolument! Il y a aussi une petite plage pour se baigner. Merci à Gabriele pour son aide et sa disponibilité! Cependant, quelques points d'attention: -logement au troisième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur -quartier très bruyant à toute heure du jour et de la nuit -pas de climatisation, donc prévoir les boules quiès pour pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (cf deuxième point)

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung! Klar, der Balkon und der Ausblick sind das absolute Highlight! Aber auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten in dem Bett gut schlafen und hatten auch sonst alles dort, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt bequem mit dem Bus Nr 2 erreichbar, von der Bushaltestelle sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Monique hat uns sehr nett empfangen und tolle Restaurant- und Ausflugstips gegeben. Eine Empfehlung ohne Einschränkungen!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

Paolo est sympathique et réactif. La terrasse est grande, utilisable toute la journée (à l'ombre l'après-midi) et la vue est magnifique. Le logement est bien et agréable pour 2 personnes. Le lit est confortable. Les 200m à parcourir à pieds sont plats donc faciles. Quelques détails à noter : l'isolation acoustique est moyenne (on entend les sanitaires des autres logements le matin de bonne heure), le réfrigérateur a du mal à tenir le froid et la salle d'eau commence à montrer quelques signes d'usage (meuble sous lavabo et douche). En conclusion, le logement est très agréable mais peut-être un peu cher (c'est sans doute la région qui veut cela)

What an exceptional experience, thanks to exceptional hosts, in an exceptional place! I cannot recommend Sandra and Raffaele's place enough. Aside from the stunningly beautiful property, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation, their kindness was truly very special and much appreciated. They generously took the time to collect me at the train station, and drop me off upon departure. My visit went by in a blink of an eye; I wish I could have stayed longer in what was a truly idyllic setting. I will absolutely return and grateful to have discovered their place. The views, walks, restaurants/conveniences were incredible, and I will treasure my happy memories until I return. Many, many thanks! :) Kind regards, Kim

Stunning apartment! Beautiful decor and wonderful view. Erica met us and helped us feel right at home. We would have loved to stay longer and will return if ever given the chance!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Diese Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Da hat sich jemand wirklich was überlegt. Unschlagbare Aussicht auf jede Seite. Sehr gross und geräumig. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Eines der besten AirBnB dass wir je hatten! Vielen Dank für alles

Dies ist eine ausserordentlich schön gelegene Wohnung, mit wunderbarer Terrasse, schönem altem Fussboden, originell ausgebaut. Direkt am See gelegen konnte ich mit dem sanften Plätschern des Wassers so gut wie schon lang nicht mehr schlafen. Unglaublich erholsam! Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber bewohnt diese Wohnung selbst. Dies merkt man. Es ist keine sterile Hotelzimmer-Atmosphäre, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen, die dies mit sich bringt. So hat es z.B. kein Wlan und das Badezimmer ist eher originell als luxuriös. Wer Hotelstandard sucht, wird enttäuscht. Ich schätze es, wenn es etwas Besonderes ist. Und schliesslich ist Seif ein vollendeter Gastgeber. Er reagiert sofort, persönlich und geduldig. Man kann sich mit allem an ihn wenden - er ist wirklich interessiert daran, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Und wenn er selbst verhindert ist, organisiert er jemanden, der quasi sofort antwortet.

Eine wunderbare, total ruhig gelegene und gemütliche Wohnung mit der sympathischsten Gastgeberin dieser Welt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach einmalig, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr privat. Wir wurde persönlich empfangen, hatten eine Flasche Wasser als Begrüßung und paar gute Tipps erhalten. Das italienische Frühstück mit dem selbstgebackenen Brot war zauberhaft und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der zubuchbarer Parkplatz ist Gold wert und einfach zu empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

All the reviews are right! - this is an incredible place. The apartment and the views are amazing. I don’t really have words to describe how lovely this place is. So relaxing. So peaceful. We will miss the view. It’s even better than the pictures. Francesco was such an attentive host, he gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean and furnished so well. We spent ages sitting in the hot tub admiring the view … and as others have said what a view from the shower!! Torno is also a great little place and you are very close to other places to visit. We hired a boat which was well worth it too. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Departamento amplio y con los servicios necesarios. Muy cerca de la estación de tren y buses si llegas por esa vía puedes llegar a pie. Annamaria estuvo siempre muy atenta. Lo mejor indudablemente es la vista desde el living y balcón, con todo Lugano y el lago a tus pies. El balcón es realmente amplio para que puedas desayunar, almorzar y cenar allí si lo prefieres. Muy cerca del centro y de la costa, a pocos minutos a pie. Lugano es bastante escarpado y la vuelta siempre costará un poquito más, te recomiendo evitar las escaleras y regresar por calle. Tienes mucho espacio de guardado, ¡cuentas con una habitación o vestidor adicional al cuarto!, lo cual hace que el cuarto sea mucho más funcional. También tienes un escritorio allí. Su punto mas débil, la conexión al wifi, parecía tener poco alcance, tanto que en poca distancia (por ejemplo en el balcón) ya no se detectaba. El lavarropas estaba fuera de servicio, si es importante para ti asegura que ya este funcionando

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Upea asunto, jossa oli mukava viettää yhteistä aikaa. Keittiö ja terassialue soveltuvat hyvin yhteiseen oleskeluun. Ylimmältä tasanteelta hienot näkymät Milanon ylle, samoin paljusta Duomolle päin. Läheltä löytyy marketti ja metroasema pienen kävelymatkan päästä. Asunto vaikutti isommalta kuin kuvissa. Todella rauhallinen rakennus. Kodinhengetär oli ystävällinen ja antoi vinkkejä Milanossa oleskeluun. Oli luksusta, että hän kävi päivittäin siivoamassa. Laukut sai tuoda ennakkoon tai jättää uloskirjautumisen jälkeen muutamaksi tunniksi asuntoon. Tulisin uudelleen. Suosittelen!

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.
