Watching “CoCo” cook—his energy is unmatched—is an experience! Get there early; we went twice, and it was packed. Consider contributing to The Local Joint’s “pay it forward” option. A $10 donation covers a meal for someone in need. This region of North Carolina was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. The destruction is heartbreaking, but the community is rebuilding. Many businesses and walking trails remain closed, so keep that in mind.

We had another wonderful stay at the Red Cottage. The highlight is always sitting on front porch swing and enjoying the birds and watching our dog have the time of her life. So relaxing.

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Nice quiet spot walkable to downtown Weaverville. Easy drive to Asheville. Jay's instructions were super simple and easy to understand. I appreciate his communication and assistance!

Big backyard was perfect for the dogs. The Cottage was just as described Very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. We contacted Brandon once for broken blowdryer and he offered to run one over in a couple hours. Very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again

This cottage is perfect! It is located in a quiet area. Francia's place is perfect for a weekend getaway with your dog. My miniature Schnauzer used the doggy door immediately. She loved the backyard. Everything about this place is comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

I have to admit that I am not the best at writing reviews after staying at airbnbs, but this one was especially great for our family. We were traveling with our baby and 2 dogs, and we found the space very peaceful and well suited for us. I loved their fence for the dogs and the way the bedroom and living area is situated. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Roger's place was wonderful. It was close to the wedding venue for the wedding we attended. The beds were comfortable and home was very cozy. I would stay here again when back in NC.

A peaceful, pet friendly place to stay just 4 minutes from the agriculture center. My dog and I felt right at home.

Beautiful home, the directions were great. The home is very large, lots of space to cook and play games. Asheville is a pretty easy 20 minute drive away. It rained our entire stay but there were lots of outdoor spaces to sit on the two patios and a fire pit. Very lovely home!

Lovely place! Quaint, quiet, and perfectly equipped. perfect location with easy access to downtown and Biltmore.

The house was perfect. We had everything for coffee and cooking, it’s well supplied. We visit Asheville frequently and it’s the first place without any insects inside and that’s not easy, at all. The couch and beds were super comfortable and the view is amazing. There’s a skylight in living room which wasn’t advertised but should be- it was amazing to see a storm while laying down. The temperature was perfect inside the house and bathroom was well ventilated. The owners were very nice and especially quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Private and quiet. And has goats, which you can feed by hand. Caleb quickly answered all my questions and refilled the goat food quickly. Great place to stay.
