Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Lyndon B. Johnson

This was a very beautiful place to find peace and relaxation. I was not ready to leave. I plan on returning and visiting the same unit. It was very cozy as well and it had everything you needed.

This place was amazing! So much to do around the area! Beautiful scenery and amazing place overall! Hopefully we will be back! <3

Beautiful and peaceful location. Close to Inks Lake State Park, Kingsland, and the Perissos Winery. Great place for kids and dogs.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. We were in the area for a wedding and it was the perfect house for our family. Great space for all of us, comfortable rooms, beautiful and peaceful back yard. Kids loved the pool table and shuffleboard table. House stayed cool in the Texas summer heat! Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

Great place to stay

Had an amazing stay at salty dog ranch the animals are amazing to wake up to every morning we had tears of joy driving away with them in the rear view mirror. The cabin was just perfect and they have everything you’d ever need to cook and never even have to leave your entire stay. You can tell they take pride in their guest stay and the Airbnb itself. You’re about 20 minutes away in any given direction to Johnson city for wineries ect or to Krause springs to cool off. Untamed winery was a huge hit and their pizzas are amazing. Along with bluebonnet cafe being our favorite Restaraunt during the stay amazing home made pies/ home style cookin.

This cozy little cabin was everything we were hoping for and more! Adorably decorated and situated in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Our family lived enjoying our morning coffee and tea on the front porch while we watched for deer and birds of all kinds! What makes this stay a real treasure is Drew's hospitality - he was so communicative and provided great insight into the home and the area. We felt like we were staying at a family cabin! We will definitely be coming back!

We loved staying at this loft! It had a lovely view of the hill country and it is all shiny and new. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice with plenty of towels. My boys were obsessed with the pool/hot tub, little store and game room. We all played shuffleboard and ping pong for hours. It was a great getaway–close enough to stores and restaurants but secluded. I would definitely come back!

Very homey environment with modest accoutrements that were plenty for us. We enjoyed watching the neighbors goats. Great spot to bring your dogs. Small village of other rentals but far enough apart to feel private. Close enough to town to go out or grab provisions but far enough to get a little quiet. All around great stay.

Judy is a wonderful host! She communicated with us immediately. She showed us all the amenities of the property and the house when we arrived. The house was a cute decorated Texas theme pattern. She thought of everything in the house! Beds were comfortable! The living room had a pool table and a smart TV. The outside sitting area was very peaceful and serene! Lots of chairs to sit on and take in the views! The lake was beautiful as well as the pool! This was a little slice of heaven on Lake Buchanan. I wish we had more time because the area was beautiful, scenic, and relaxing! Thank you to Judy for hosting your home, being responsive, giving food requests, and providing extras on the lake. We hope to return soon!

Great host. Great place right on the lake. Sat outside most of the weekend. Waterfront property so if you bring a boat you have a place to dock it. Steve was very responsive and helpful! Great weekend!

Fun stay! Exactly as described in previous positive reviews. Canoes were a blast, communication was good. Very convenient location and close to town.

Great cabin to stay at to escape from the city, 4 minutes from Krause Springs and there is a local BBQ restaurant Opie’s BBQ that is amazing! Definitely recommend staying at these Cabins, the host is very accommodating and friendly.

It was clean and a lot of space for big families and has everything you need and I recommend it I would like to go back.

The management and staff were top notch . The kids and I went up for a short spring break day just to get them out since I was on travel for work and it was amazing. The cabins are set up well. Beau full skyline on the lake and it was very convenient for us to fish, like two steps away from the cabin. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to get away, I know I plan on being a frequent resident any chance I get.

Beautiful grounds in the hill country with a cozy cabin. Peaceful and quiet but with plenty to do, especially water sports on the resort grounds. We stayed for the eclipse and it was beautiful to walk around the trails and enjoy the views. Everyone was welcoming and kind, we truly enjoyed ourselves here and recommended it to our local friends.
