We stayed at Sharon's home while in town for my nephew's high school state golf tournament, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, the house was beautiful and spacious, and Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the hot tub and pool—such a great way to unwind after long days. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were large and spotless, and the kitchen had plenty of room for our whole family to gather and cook. If we're lucky enough to return for the tournament next year, staying at Sharon’s place will be our first choice!

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

The perfect little get away with my friends and family to celebrate my 40th bday! It was so much fun and we loved everything about this place felt right at home. love how neat and decorated the place is. Pool was so much fun. Definitely recommend. Great place to stay, big enough for large groups, great pool and hot tub and outdoor kitchen space that we had a hibachi chef come and cook for us. Blake always quickly responded and answered any questions we had. Would stay here again!

This house was great for our weekend girls trip! There were 7 of us and plenty of room for us to eat & sleep. I love that there were 3.5 bathrooms! Furniture was super comfy! I was obsessed with the soft coral blankets! Patio was amazing! We enjoyed playing our girls night games out there. The pool was warm and great to refresh in! We loved being able to walk down to the dock and just jump right into the lake! Plus we had a boat pick us up right at the dock. Kitchen was great and plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils! I would definitely recommend this place to someone!

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and just like the pictures! The host was really friendly and super helpful. The location was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great family vacation spot. Easy to get to, private pool was wonderful and the expansive waterfront was great for getting on/ off the boat each day with four small kiddos. The home was very well stocked with just about any amenity you could think of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kingsland.

House was beautiful inside and out! peaceful location very quite. swimming pool was great kids loved it. older kids fished off the dock (lots of catfish) and the kayaks were awsome as well. No complaints at all we loved our stay and there was alot of us there was space for all of us!!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing!! Chris and Debbie were really responsive and were one step ahead with all our questions. The home had everything we needed from an early morning breakfast to a late night BBQ. What was even better was the lake right behind the property! We fished, swam, used the kayaks, and used the lilly pad that was provided. We will most definitely be staying again and recommend the beautiful property!!

This place was great for a work week getaway. The kitchen is absolutely stocked with anything you might need. The master bed and pillows were very comfy. There are a lot of beds available in this house for extra guests/children, even queen size bunk beds. The house is definitely laid out to maximize guest space. That being said the upstairs (kitchen, living, master bedroom) seems spacious. There are views from the master bedroom and living room to the lake. If the weather isn’t cooperating you can still enjoy the view. Driving into Marble Falls is literally 10 minutes and there is a grocery store if you need supplies. That area has grown a lot and there are many restaurants as well. The owners were communicative however we had no issues during our stay. Everything was clean and working. Would recommend!

AMAZING. 10/10. Felt like walking into an HGTV dream home. Spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, every single amenity we could have hoped for. Especially appreciated the spaciousness, ample natural light, and easy to close blinds for privacy at night. We were able to walk to the heart of downtown for dinner and live music on the square, and even felt safe walking back after dark. Would stay here again a thousand times over.

Wonderful place to stay - nestled at end of a cove - with a beautiful relaxing setting. Our large family really enjoyed this place - many lasting memories.

Came to Marble Falls with spouse for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Brandie's place had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Casita was spotless and Brandie had information on things to see and do in the area. Ink's Lake and Longhorn Cavern State Park ~ 30 minute drive from the house. Neighborhood is quiet and short distance to historic downtown and other shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is very walkable and you can see the lake from the end of the street. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Highly recommend the Casita if you are in the Marble Falls area.

I searched for hours and hours trying to find the perfect house for me and my friends. And I did! The house was even more beautiful in person and the owners did a great job on the interior design. Plenty of space for five people and a huge kitchen for cooking was just what we needed. Beautiful views and lots of scenery around the house made it even better. I feel like the owners put a lot of effort into the details. I am really big on ceiling fans and excellent AC when I travel and I will tell you that they invested in incredible fans! The AC kept us cool during the heat of June. Owners were responsive throughout our stay, which I appreciate it. The other bonus is there’s a cute wine and liquor store down the street that provided our many bottles of wine!! Overall, I was very pleased with our stay for our first trip to Lake LBJ!

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including air mattresses, and toys and games for kids. The river location was so beautiful and the shallow water (about 2-4 ft) was preferable for us because we have smaller kids and they liked knowing they could touch the bottom in some places. We also used the paddle board and kayaks (awesome to have them!) to row over to the small island across the river and play on the beach there. The only downside is that we couldn't bring our rented jet ski to the house due to the shallow water but that wasn't much of an issue, as we hung out and swam at the Kingsland community park while the kids waited turns to ride with dad. The rental place for the boats and jet skis is close by (10 min), as is HEB. Overall, a great vacation and the kids are asking when we can return!

My husband and I stayed here because we were going to Bronco Off-Rodeo. It was about a 10 minute drive, so the location was perfect. The home was absolutely beautiful, exactly like the photos. As we arrived we were greeted by two deer in the front yard. Gary and Diana provide food for the deer. One ate from my hand a few times during our stay, which I loved! The home itself is wonderful, with everything you need provided and more! It was spotless, thoughtfully decorated and very well organized. If I needed something, it was already provided down to the sugar and coffee. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. You can tell this home is cared for and well maintained between guests. I met Gary as he was walking his dog in the evening. He was very kind and told me to contact him anytime if there was anything we needed. The front and back yard are great for sitting outdoors in the evenings and the deer came to visit both evenings during our stay. Highly recommended!

We had the best time celebrating my husband’s birthday with close friends and family. We will definitely be back. The house fit everyone perfectly. We spent most of our time outside on the large back deck or in the water. When it was time to come inside at night, there was plenty of space to hang out while cooking dinner. The large island in the kitchen made it a great hangout place for everyone to socialize. One of my favorite things about the house is the water access, it starts out very shallow and the further you get out the deeper it goes making it great for kids and family’s . We celebrated on a holiday weekend when it was very busy with boats and jet skis, but we never had any come close to us making it feel very safe. The house is located on the large part of the lake so it was very open with great view’s. The guys in our group really enjoyed fishing off the deck and the boathouse. They caught a lot of fish. We are very glad we chose this house for your weekend getaway.

Jessica’s place was amazing! Memories that we will never forget. Place is exactly as described and so beautiful and relaxing. My children enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking, the lily pad, the hot tub, making s’mores and jamming to music on the porch. Thank you so much Jessica. Time that was very much needed for our family. Looking forward to a stay again!

Thank you for hosting us at your fabulous lake house. It was well appointed and tasteful decorated home. We enjoyed our stay and found the home very cozy and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The home comforts were just well done. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely return. Close to wineries, horseback riding, sweet Berry farm And so much more.

Our family of 16 had a wonderful time here. It is a beautiful home with everything we needed. I love their large kitchen, eating areas and den surrounded with windows. There was plenty of room for us to all eat together and hang out. We never felt crowded. The views and sunsets were so pretty. The home had so much for the kids to do with kayaks, the pool, fishing pier, and game room. They provided all the information needed on their home and things to do in the area. We are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us. We would love to stay here again sometime.

We had a great weekend at this property. Outdoor and pool area was perfect and the house was very comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing for our girls weekend.
