Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

We stayed at Sharon's home while in town for my nephew's high school state golf tournament, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, the house was beautiful and spacious, and Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the hot tub and pool—such a great way to unwind after long days. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were large and spotless, and the kitchen had plenty of room for our whole family to gather and cook. If we're lucky enough to return for the tournament next year, staying at Sharon’s place will be our first choice!

This was an adorable, clean home close to the lake, grocery store, and popular restaurants. Drew and Grace were quick to respond and accommodating. Everything was perfect upon check-in and check-out was a breeze. This place will be on our list for a return trip!

The place was beautiful and the smell of new was outstanding. The neighbors were wonderful and friendly. We loved and enjoyed this place So, thank you for everything!

This house was great for our weekend girls trip! There were 7 of us and plenty of room for us to eat & sleep. I love that there were 3.5 bathrooms! Furniture was super comfy! I was obsessed with the soft coral blankets! Patio was amazing! We enjoyed playing our girls night games out there. The pool was warm and great to refresh in! We loved being able to walk down to the dock and just jump right into the lake! Plus we had a boat pick us up right at the dock. Kitchen was great and plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils! I would definitely recommend this place to someone!

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and just like the pictures! The host was really friendly and super helpful. The location was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great family vacation spot. Easy to get to, private pool was wonderful and the expansive waterfront was great for getting on/ off the boat each day with four small kiddos. The home was very well stocked with just about any amenity you could think of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kingsland.

Karen’s lakehouse was pure heaven! The house was spotless and stocked with everything anyone would need to have a perfect and relaxing vacation. The house and furnishings are beautiful! Karen was incredibly nice and welcoming and communication was excellent! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this house to anyone!

Our stay here was for our annual friends lake weekend was great. The house is well-stocked, as advertised, clean and convenient. Evan was super responsive with questions, replying almost immediately and following up to make sure everything worked out. It would’ve been nice to have an oscillating fan in the bedrooms just for a little air movement as there are no ceiling fans, but that’s just our personal preference for sleep. We had a great experience overall.

This place was great for a work week getaway. The kitchen is absolutely stocked with anything you might need. The master bed and pillows were very comfy. There are a lot of beds available in this house for extra guests/children, even queen size bunk beds. The house is definitely laid out to maximize guest space. That being said the upstairs (kitchen, living, master bedroom) seems spacious. There are views from the master bedroom and living room to the lake. If the weather isn’t cooperating you can still enjoy the view. Driving into Marble Falls is literally 10 minutes and there is a grocery store if you need supplies. That area has grown a lot and there are many restaurants as well. The owners were communicative however we had no issues during our stay. Everything was clean and working. Would recommend!

Host was very quick to respond. My 3 and 5 year old loved it! Everything was very tidy and clean. We have zero complaints about the place! 10/10 recommended!

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

We loved staying at The Armadillo Villa! Charli was great and super communicative. All photos were accurate depiction of the space!

Holly was very responsive to all of my requests and she always got back to me quickly. She did a great job providing information about the local area so we could chose some things to do. The house is on a large lot and it was quiet. Location close to Marble Falls, Inks Lake, and Longhorn Caverns State Park. Lots of nice parks in the neighborhood where you could walk down to the lake. The house was exactly as advertised. Check-in/check out were very easy. We loved the fence all around the property making it easy to bring pets and let them outside as needed. Nice and cold AC and lots of ceiling fans. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. If I was in the area, I'd stay here again. Holly did a great job before, during, and after our visit.

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including air mattresses, and toys and games for kids. The river location was so beautiful and the shallow water (about 2-4 ft) was preferable for us because we have smaller kids and they liked knowing they could touch the bottom in some places. We also used the paddle board and kayaks (awesome to have them!) to row over to the small island across the river and play on the beach there. The only downside is that we couldn't bring our rented jet ski to the house due to the shallow water but that wasn't much of an issue, as we hung out and swam at the Kingsland community park while the kids waited turns to ride with dad. The rental place for the boats and jet skis is close by (10 min), as is HEB. Overall, a great vacation and the kids are asking when we can return!

Our stay by all means, was not "perfect," stuff happens. But when the entire group is leaving saying that it was the best vacation we have had as a family, then you know there was a lot more that went right. The house is located in a quiet established neighborhood, but some issues with the city water mains caused us to be without water pressure for about 6 hours for one of the days of our stay. I don't know that as a parent I have ever been able to really relax on a trip, but the kayaks, paddle board, and lily pad made for a good time on the water and having enough life jackets for the kids allowed me to actually enjoy myself. We were able to have an amazing family vacation with everyone accommodated and entertained.

We loved it! We want it to be a yearly tradition it was so perfect. The pictures were great but the home, deck, yard, and lake is even better in person! The beds and furniture were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The back patio was was huge and had a clean full-size BBQ grill. We tied off our boat, fished and swam right off of the dock in the back yard! There was a general store right down the road as well as a few great restaurants and an HEB only a short drive away. This home will forever hold many sweet memories for me and my family. Thank you!

We had the best time celebrating my husband’s birthday with close friends and family. We will definitely be back. The house fit everyone perfectly. We spent most of our time outside on the large back deck or in the water. When it was time to come inside at night, there was plenty of space to hang out while cooking dinner. The large island in the kitchen made it a great hangout place for everyone to socialize. One of my favorite things about the house is the water access, it starts out very shallow and the further you get out the deeper it goes making it great for kids and family’s . We celebrated on a holiday weekend when it was very busy with boats and jet skis, but we never had any come close to us making it feel very safe. The house is located on the large part of the lake so it was very open with great view’s. The guys in our group really enjoyed fishing off the deck and the boathouse. They caught a lot of fish. We are very glad we chose this house for your weekend getaway.

Jessica’s place was amazing! Memories that we will never forget. Place is exactly as described and so beautiful and relaxing. My children enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking, the lily pad, the hot tub, making s’mores and jamming to music on the porch. Thank you so much Jessica. Time that was very much needed for our family. Looking forward to a stay again!

Our family of 16 had a wonderful time here. It is a beautiful home with everything we needed. I love their large kitchen, eating areas and den surrounded with windows. There was plenty of room for us to all eat together and hang out. We never felt crowded. The views and sunsets were so pretty. The home had so much for the kids to do with kayaks, the pool, fishing pier, and game room. They provided all the information needed on their home and things to do in the area. We are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us. We would love to stay here again sometime.

This property was nothing short of incredible! Absolutely beautiful. It is right on the water with a dock and plenty of fishing! Each floor has a balcony and the basement (first floor) has a pool table, ping pong, a sectional, TV, and five twin beds - one with a trundle. The master suite is on the second level with a huge bathroom, and there are three bedrooms on the upper level. Because the property is so private, we took a wrong turn getting there, but Mina was very helpful and responsive to get us on the right path and checked in. This is a perfect place for a large get together or a family with lots of kiddos.

Definitely where you need to stay! As a local in the area renting the house for a Father’s Day weekend party it felt like a vacation. inside was beautiful and clean with lots of space for everyone host is very good at responding and is very friendly. wonderful place to stay.

We had a great weekend at this property. Outdoor and pool area was perfect and the house was very comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing for our girls weekend.
