Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Waschmaschine, Matratzen & Bett sind neu. Der Wohn- & Schlafbereich bestehen aus einem großen Raum (45qm) und können mit einem durchgehenden Vorhang getrennt werden. Die Wohnung ist für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke etwas niedrig ist.

The detached newly renovated vacation home (approx. 75 square meters) with private garden and 2 terraces is located only 10 km from Berlin and Potsdam. By car, the highway can be reached in a few minutes and is a perfect starting point for activities around Berlin and Potsdam. Enjoy the tranquility and greenery of the surroundings in the vacation home. Gastronomy and sights of Stahnsdorf are within walking distance. Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Kick back and relax in this calm and cozy space overlooking the countryside. The living space is about 34 square meters plus roof terrace, where there is also a small cooking facility. If necessary, 2 additional guests could be accommodated on mattresses for an extra charge. Folding bikes can be provided if necessary.
