Monthly Rentals in Lake Ming

Guillermo and his wife were wonderful hosts! They were super nice and provided amazing hospitality. Their place was definitely a “home away from home”. It was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. There was a coin-operated machine washer and dryer onsite which was very convenient. Lots of street parking. Safe neighborhood with stores close by. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Bakersfield!

The guest suite was exceptionally wonderful and as described. Hugo and Elise were wonderful hosts and had great communication. I would recommend anyone needing a quiet place with great surroundings to book this place.

It was clean and as represented. The washer and dryer were not very accessible, and there is a charge to use them. This was not explained, but is probably not a big deal. This is a downtown area, which may appeal to some with close access to a lot of amenities. However, if you are looking for quiet, this may be an issue. It felt safe, there is a police station just down the block. Overall, this was decent and a good value.

Welcome to a 5 star Home sweet Home! This was a perfect place for us! The ambiance, linens, coffee bar, and location was fabulous! We would absolutely come stay again!
