Great house that is very well stocked with fun for all family members! Location is perfect, very private setting.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. We felt right at home and loved the easy access to the lake. We appreciated the use of the kayaks, paddle board, and fishing poles. The host was friendly and responsive. We hope to return.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple times for my children graduation from basic training. This location is perfect due to proximity to the base and she city. Also the host is very accommodating to your needs.

The property is beautiful and was perfect right by the water. The house is very well equipped and provided minor conveniences that made our experience even more comfortable. The view from the back deck is amazing. The neighbors could have been nicer but overall this was a great experience.

The house was perfect for a relaxing week away. It is nicely decorated, clean and large enough to accommodate 2 families. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of cookware to make nice meals. The master bathroom was huge and luxurious. Overall, we really enjoy our stay.

This was our second time at Terry’s place. He’s very responsive and the house works great for a large group. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay while attending my Son’s basic training graduation. About a 15 minute drive to gate 4. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful greenery. Chandrika was very communicative. I think she checked on us everyday to make sure we were good to go. Oh and I have to mention it was very affordable. Definitely consider booking with her.

Beautiful home on Lake Murray Celebrated son’s graduation from University of South Carolina!! Worked out perfectly!! If could change anything would be the rain!! Rented a pontoon boat at local marina just wish the weather was better! Still had a great time! Definitely recommend this home. Beautiful!!

The house was absolutely amazing — super well-equipped, very comfortable, and beautifully set right on the lake. The location couldn’t have been better! Our host, Karl, was incredibly friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. A huge thank you to Karl for making everything so perfect!

Jennifer and Walter's house was exactly what our group needed. Everyone had their own bedroom, and all the amenities were exactly as described. The house was well furnished and had several down-home touches that was much appreciated. The house is nestled in a tranquil setting but still had a few neighbors' houses to make one feel safe. Jennifer and Walter responded immediately when we locked ourselves out of the house. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, this is the house to reserve.

The house has been renovated well and is lovely. We were in town for a family funeral and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather and visit. There is a Publix just around the corner and the house is convenient to downtown and the university. It was clean, comfortable, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I will note that the spacious and beautiful master suite is down a few stairs. My husband has dementia and is disabled. One of the reasons I chose this property is the large walk-in shower. He had to have help getting down into the suite to shower and there is no ramp to access the home. So be aware that it is not handicap-accessible, but also, it was not advertised as such. This home was very comfortable and quiet. It was great to be able to bring the dog and there is a large yard. We felt very safe—my husband’s aunt used to live on this street! All-in-all, we would definitely stay here again. We felt fortunate to find such a nice place for a reasonable price.

We loved this house on the lake. All of us felt comfortable and had a relaxing time making friends with turtles and herons. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks too!

not disappointed ! Spacious and room for 7 adults/teens. very clean and the bed is master bedroom was so, so comfortable. it normally takes an hour or 2 to get to sleep, but only 5 minutes on that bed. Would be happy to stay there again, if we ever go back to Columbia/Ft jackson. Thank you for making us so comfortable.

The accommodations worked perfectly for a quick friend group staycation! We hung out, swam, hung out by the pool, cooked & watched some TV together.just what we needed!!

We had a wonderful visit at Carla’s house! The pool, bunk beds and playroom were huge hits with our son. We also enjoyed lawn sports and playing cards in the dining room. This was our second stay and is our preferred home when visiting Columbia. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable space for vacationing.

The house was great for our family. The pool was the best and we spent a lot of time outside. The beds were great and very comfortable. I would recommend this place for a family, plenty of room.

The place was exactly like described in the listing. We did have issue with keypad checking in but the issue was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
