We loved staying here! Monica was super responsive and helpful. Everything was super clean and as described. It felt very private and we had our own entrance and driveway. It did not feel like a carriage house and was private and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

The guest house is beautiful, the neighborhood is serene and the neighbors are so friendly. The home is walking distance from restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and really enjoy the ease of getting in and out and the atmosphere. It’s perfect for visiting our family. Very nice!

Michael’s place was perfect. From the clean place and great amenities to the responsiveness and friendliness of the host, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and I will be sure to check out that park across the street the next time I stay here!!

Lisa’s place was amazing! I booked at the last second booking, but she was extremely understanding. It was very clean, cozy and for the price; you won’t find a better listing. I’d definitely stay there again.

Jim is one of the most wonderful hosts we have ever had. He was friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we could have possibly needed. His place was exactly as described, but the surroundings and peacefulness were even more than we expected. We enjoyed the pool and the bed is super comfortable! We will definitely plan to stay with Jim again when we are in the area.

Perfect home away from home. Nicely decorated with peaceful surroundings. Close to downtown and good restaurants nearby. Hosts were friendly and accommodating, perfect example of southern hospitality. I would definitely return!

Michael’s guest house in Charlotte was amazing. It felt like we were staying in our own house and he was a very nice, responsive, helpful and gracious host. Michael and his guest house exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. And it’s in a nice area in Charlotte and close to everything. Felt very safe and the house was clean and was like the pictures. We were visiting for the Metallica concert and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better spot! 10/10 would stay again!

I absouletly love this place. It was beautiful and peaceful. hosts were very kind and caring. Always answered right away if i needed them. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect escape. The views were absolutely stunning. The host truly thought of everything we might need, from thoughtful touches to providing all the essentials. Communication was smooth and easy, and check-in couldn’t have been more seamless. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this spot, you won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I stayed for only two days with our two dogs, we wish we had had the time to have stayed longer. The cottage is located on a quiet street with quick access to local restaurants and the nearby highway. Beautiful neighborhood, the type that you'd want to move to. If we ever plan another trip to Charlotte this home will certainly be the first one we'd try to book with.

We loved staying at Julie’s place. It was exactly what we, and our two small dogs, were looking for! The studio space was clean and afforded us all we needed. The fenced in section next to the studio was convenient for our dogs, though our smallest wasn’t accustomed to doing his business on rocks, so we needed to walk for “business” breaks. The good news? The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable! The shower was fantastic, and we appreciated how clear instructions were.

This was the perfect little crash pad for our one night stay! Close to Plaza Midwood, nice neighborhood, and clean!

It was a pleasure to stay in Rose’s Cozy Casita. We needed somewhere wheelchair accessible for my wife while our home was being renovated for her needs. The place was ideal, being right in our neighborhood, and Rose was a terrific, responsive, caring host. She was very understanding about the parade of caregivers and family that came to see my wife there, and she responded promptly to our inquiries about minor things. Highly recommended.

We just returned from a weekend at Anna’s rental cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Anna is an excellent hostess, and everything is as described. The cottage is clean and comfortable, and pet friendly is an added plus. Very good communication from the host as well.

This place is super clean and in an amazing location. The instructions, cleanliness, and privacy were WAY better than average. We were impressed, and I am a bit OCD and meticulous in my cleanliness (critical care RN). Joshua was available, professional, and friendly. We did not need a thing. This place was perfect for our stay! We would most definitely stay here again.

We stay at a lot of Airbnb's and this one was absolutely stunning. Super clean, a lot of natural light, close enough to the city yet just fer enough to be away from the crowds. Katherine was VERY helpful and responsive.Also, the attention to details , from the notebook in the living room, to the little signs around the house, to the labels on the light switches, made it VERY easy for us. The only issue we had was the water in the shower smelled really musky and moldy. But other than that we loved it! Definitely will stay here again.

Jeremy was a great host! He communicated well throughout and even provided made to order espresso drinks the two mornings I was there (which were delicious by the way). The Airbnb is exactly as described and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed watching the fireflies at night in the country-like setting as well as how close and convenient it was to the venue where I was attending a work conference. I’d happily stay again if my travels brought me back!

When I visit family in Charlotte, if I don’t stay with family or friends, Amber‘s place is where I stay every time. The set up of the apartment is convenient to use. The location is great for me. And Amber is a gracious and responsive host.

This was by far one of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed at!! The location was super close to everything. The place itself was very clean and well put together, super cute. Had a run in with the hostess and she was very kind. An absolute 10/10 and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!!
