Orta Cottage on Lake Orta, Orta San Giulio

An elegant semi-detached house: with the owners next door, peace and quiet is assured. From a large garden overlooking the lake, you enter the open space with a living room, dining area, small but very functional kitchen, and bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
