It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Orta Cottage on Lake Orta, Orta San Giulio

An elegant semi-detached house: with the owners next door, peace and quiet is assured. From a large garden overlooking the lake, you enter the open space with a living room, dining area, small but very functional kitchen, and bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
