Property registered 013030-CNI-00006 House consisting of a large living room embellished with a large fresco representing a glimpse of the lake and furnished with elegant furniture, loft equipped with a sofa and armchair that can possibly be used as floor beds for children in search of an alternative experience. Fully furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven/microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and provided with delicacies and basic necessities. Bedroom with two single beds also enriched with wall fresco for a refreshing sleep. Large and elegant double bedroom with splendid views in several directions of the lake. Two picturesque bathrooms complete with shower and including products for the care and hygiene of the body. The access to the house is independent, guests will have access to each area of the apartment floor and the related garden. We are always available from the moment of arrival until departure, also to advise you on the most exclusive tours and activities of the lake Brienno is an ancient and uncontaminated Celtic village. Come and experience its portals, porticoes and stone pavements embraced by the lake and the green mountains. The silence here is surreal, and will take you on a journey back in time. C10/20 bus lines that depart every hour towards both the top of the lake and Como. Boat trip on Sunday morning with return in the evening after sailing on the whole lake. From the village you can climb the mountains of Brienno with the characteristic farmhouses (also visitable on request) or for good hikers you can go further to reach the Alpe Comana and Schignano also passing through the "Scala Santa" on a very steep mule track. It is possible every morning in front of the Church ( from 7:30 to 9:00 from Monday to Thursday) to buy basic food from Davide, a merchant who with his mobile shop offers typical products of Lake Como and Lombard culture such as meats,bread and cheeses. You can also buy fruits and vegetables on Mondays from 11:00 to 13:00 and Fridays from 17:00 to 18:00. At only 10min drive you can find supermarkets very well stocked. 2km away towards Argegno you can eat in a renowned restaurant on Lake Como called "Il crotto dei Platani" with veranda and garden on the lake. From August will also open the Bar/Restaurant/Pizzeria right in the center of Brienno conveniently accessible on foot from the apartment.

Its brightness envelops fine furnishings, modern artwork, and every comfort, creating pleasant harmony in every corner. The apartment is bright and quiet, a few steps from the historic center and the lake, in the area very well served by shops and transport, fifty meters from the North Borghi station, therefore especially convenient to Milan and Malpensa airport. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen and a very comfortable double sofa bed, a bright bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. It is located on the second floor of an 1800 building, in a very well frequented residential area. To the whole apartment I am always available to better organize your holiday, suggestions on itineraries on the lake or on the mountains, booking of boats to rent, and any information that allows you to enjoy the best of the beauties of Como, at home on the magnetic board we will always be updated on all the most beautiful events of the city and the lake. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, close to the walled city and not far from the lake. The neighborhood is well frequented and very well served in terms of shops and parking. And a stone's throw away is the best pastry shop in the area: Luisita! It is perfectly connected to public transport
