This fully renovated log cabin combines a traditional cabin feel with modern amenities. A large hot tub is also available as an additional service. Just a short drive away are Himos Ski Resort, Isojärvi National Park, and the Serlachius Museums—all within 30–65 km (18–40 miles). Only 28 minutes for Himos.

Water for use is carried from the lake, drinking water is brought by the guest, so there is no well. In the yard, a nice outbuilding with a small children's playroom at the end. The tenant also has a rowing boat to which you can attach your own max 4hp motor. Upstairs, there are two new mattresses, downstairs, a sofa bed for two. Eerikki cottage is easily accessible without your own car. From the bus stop to the cottage is only a few hundred meters. The cottage has bicycles that can be used to run errands in Vääksy, a couple of kilometers away. Vääksy can be reached by light traffic routes. From May to the end of September, you can bathe in two different saunas in Eerikki. You can enjoy the sauna in the modern electric sauna of the villa as well as in the beach sauna with a stunning lake view. For children, there is a playhouse and football goals in the yard.

The road goes all the way to the end. Firewood is included in the rent. The cottage has good 4G connections. Running water to the cabin, except in winter (11.1-4.15). Guests will have access to a rowboat and two life jackets. Kouvola's services can be found 40 kilometers away. Verla's Factory Museum is 10 km away.

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.
