The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowboat.

A lovely, small cottage on the shores of the clear-water Kalkkistenkoski. Your own peace is guaranteed and the nature and scenery are unparalleled. Go to the sauna, swim, jump in the pool or go on a canoe trip. Or just whistle in the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite steep, so it is not suitable for very small children. The hot tub heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linen and towels are ready in the cottage. You can get to the yard by car. Kesäisin ympärillä elää ihana kyläkulttuuri – ravintola Wonkamies ja satamakahvila ovat vieressä. Täysin remontoitu hirsimökki yhdistää perinteisen mökkitunnelman ja nykyaikaiset mukavuudet. Lisäpalveluna myös iso palju käyttöön. Lyhyen automatkan päässä Himos Ski resort, Isojärven kansallispuisto ja Serlachius-museot, vain 30–65 km. Himokselle vain 28 minuuttia.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Distance to Himos 10 km and distance to the lake 300 meters. The reservation includes linen, towels and the use of a hot tub at no extra charge.
