This is a newly renovated property with the adventure traveler in mind. Whether seeking out museums, arts & cultural events, or the many recreational opportunities the Adirondacks offer, we hope this is the perfect base for your travels. Our goal was to create a space and features that we appreciate when traveling. Unique rooms with clean, simple lines, glassware and mugs, coffee-tea-cocoa with real half and half, and towel warmers! The sink is located in the room itself, with shower and toilet in ensuite bathroom, making it easier for multiple users. Rooms 4 and 5 are offer an optional adjoining configuration, and the two cabins in the rear of the property adjoin the fire pit area. Please note that we are a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Superior One Bedroom Suites exist on the 1st floors and will accommodate up to four guests. Also provide guests with an in-suite cast iron gas fireplace and full-size outdoor porch. Welcome skiiers and hikers! Built in 1905 as the Reception Hospital, the Prescott House is now a beautiful brick guesthouse a few blocks from the center of Saranac Lake. This dorm-style room has two twin beds and a shared bath across the hall. Downstairs you'll find a communal kitchen, laundry, porches, pool table and s a comfortable parlor with coffee & tea.
