Hilarity Hall is an immaculate Muskoka cottage near the village of Port Sydney offering 400' of west-facing Mary Lake shoreline. A dock, ladder, Muskoka chairs, firepit (with wood supply) and stone patio complete a very private waterfront. Added to this, towering pines, sunsets and wildlife give one a true cottage-country feeling while surrounded by the conveniences of high-speed internet, tv and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoor activities include volleyball/badminton, canoeing, fishing.

Lake Muskoka Executive Cottage Out Door Hot Tub, Firewood, Full Back Up Generac Power and snow ploughing are all essentials for a good holiday and are included. Lake Muskoka makes for a perfect walking, skiing or snowshoeing path as well there are numerous trails in the area. The cottage is close to snowmobile trails and there is a rental company in the area that will deliver snowmobiles to the cottage. There is a grand Muskoka granite wood burning fireplace for extra comfort and ambiance.

The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.

My rustic and simple cabin is perfect to be one with nature. It is a 5 minute boat ride to access the cabin (the boat ride to and from is included in the nightly rate). You’ll love my place because of privacy, serenity, sunsets, and all of the trees. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It s on the lakeshore private with sunset view and private dock .
