Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

This was a really great Airbnb and I’ve stayed at many. It was quaint, clean, and had plenty of outlets and necessary items to make a traveler feel at home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nancy & J's lake retreat. It's in a quiet and peaceful area, so a longer drive from stores but a worthwhile tradeoff. They were very welcoming of my dog Bacon. It had everything I could need for a month-plus stay, and even had fresh food and groceries waiting for me. Only had some minor questions or issues during the stay and the hosts were always super quick to respond to address. The unit is mostly underneath the main house and I dont like overhead footsteps but they were rarely home so didn't amount to any problems. One of the more affordable options with a monthly discount given the pricey area. Would def recommend their place and stay again, they are great people. (Pro tip to others: since the place is woodsy, expect to see some spiders and bugs!)

This was my first time to the Seattle area and wanted to be close to the University for my son’s graduation from UW. I trusted my intuition to be close to the water, cool neighborhoods, parks and shopping. I was situated close to everything I could have wanted. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very cute little apartment in a residential area of Seattle. It was nice to be in a quiet place at night that wasn’t too far from downtown. The bus conveniently stops by the house so you don’t have to take expensive ride shares. Was perfect for me and my friend to share for a weekend!

David's space was the kind of AirBnB that makes me love this kind of travel. His description and details were clear, and so easy to understand. He was available to meet me if I needed to, and as I didn't, it was still seamless finding the space getting in and getting settled. Couldn't be a better location for winding down after a day of exploring Seattle, and the coffee shop right on the corner was a perfect start to the day. 10/10 Recommend, and I will be back. We were careless enough to leave our iPad there. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful since we contacted her, assuring us that her cleaning staff will hold it, and planning to ship it to us after it is in her hands!

We had an excellent 7-day stay at Yuzhuo's place. Located in a very safe and tranquil neighborhood, the ADU unit provided a highly private and comfortable experience. The pantry was impressively well-stocked with a wide range of kitchenware and essentials, which was incredibly convenient. We found both the queen-sized bed and the futon to be very comfortable for sleeping. Yuzhuo is an outstanding host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was impeccably clean when we arrived, and thoughtful touches like ample laundry and dishwasher detergent were much appreciated. While there were a couple of minor technical glitches with the WiFi, Yuzhuo's quick assistance ensured we were back online promptly. We would absolutely recommend Yuzhuo's place and look forward to staying there again.

For being in a city, the location makes you feel like you’re in a quiet part of it. The rooms were great, bathroom was great, living room felt home-y. Perfect stay.

Great stay! the unobstructed view of the lake was so relaxing. The home is well-kept and cozy. The walk up is a bit treacherous, so be prepared. There is also a lot in back where you could drive in to unload for a less taxing experience. Laura was so communicative and kind. I will certainly stay again.

Stayed for two nights for a concert at T-Mobile Park, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Super walkable, great access to Pike Place, the waterfront, venues, and restaurants. The unit itself is clean and neat; it was amazing to come back to such a comfortable bed after a long concert :)

Perfect spot within walking distance of the lake, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood with a great view of the lake and Seattle skyline from the living room and balcony. Jessie was friendly and hospitable.

Roh's place is just like home. There are lots of detail well taken care of. Eg night lights all over rooms and living room. They covered corners of tables even for bath room. Lots of tibbit provided. All sorts of spices in kitchen. The place is the cleanest i have ever stayed in airbnb houses. They even provide sanitary pads in bathroom! I think they must have a very nice lady host to decorate and prepare the house. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely want to book again if our group can fit. Very nice location too!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

This is an absolutely fabulous place. It’s close to downtown North Bend where local eateries and shops reside. The house was on a fairly quiet street, was modern and clean, had a great deck and hot tub area and included a BBQ. It felt like a home away from home. Not only was the place great, Rick was too. He is very responsive, provides very detailed information, answered all questions, and the instructions were easy to follow. Thanks for the great stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

We were in town for the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show. We liked the wall of all the stuff to do / places to see. Lots of great food places less than 10 minute walk from the place. We were mostly only in the unit to sleep / evenings. Main living area has a bed, futon and pull out sofa, so really good use of the space. Host was nice and responsive. Would do again!

Clean and bright and comfortable, loved being right on the water. Nice little table and chairs on the deck for morning coffee and alfresco dining. Bring binoculars for watching the marine life! Karen & DJ were great to communicate with.

This was my second time at the Woodsy Retreat and it was wonderful, again. Enjoyed a hike through the State Forest, the hot tub, and all the goodies and snacks! Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

We loved out stay at Ballart House. The location was perfect for outdoor activities in the area and for excursions into Seattle. We found super cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance from the house.
