I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in Dilijan. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views and peaceful nature. The house itself is warm, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had a great experience here. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, everything works, and it’s clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and greengrocers. Very close to the center but away from the chaos.

Marina was awesome, accommodating, helpful, kind, responsive. The apartment was beautiful with many amenities. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Liana's place is the best stay I've experienced in Yerevan and elsewhere. The very large studio is so well designed and furnished that I think it would meet Airbnb "luxe" standards for those criteria. The location couldn't be better for an active experience in Yerevan: in the middle of one of the highest concentration of cafes and restaurants and just 300 meters from the Opera-ballet and symphony hall complex where the curtains are up almost every night. I saw La Traviata two nights ago and I'm attending Masquerade in two days. There is also a grocery store in the building and as Armenia's amazing fruits come into season you can enjoy them without going far. The only minor drawback is that it's in a very active area and it can get a bit noisy in the evening hours. I wish I could stay longer but these were the only days of availibilty.

Great meetup with Gog on arrival with clear instructions on the amenities in the appt. The place is superb, so clean and well organised for the traveller. It had 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms so ample space and well worth the price. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipd A bit of a walk to Republic Square but a pleasant one. I couldn't find any faults at all and would gladly stay there again.

Чистые, просторные, уютные апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом. Комфортные кровати, отличный диван в гостиной. Есть все необходимое: тарелки, бокалы, стиральная машина, кондиционер, утюг. В ванной комнате даже есть ватные диски, а еще нам положили одноразовые тапочки! :) Жили здесь несколько дней с подружками, все понравилось! Замечательный хозяин, очень быстро отвечает на все вопросы. Месторасположение тоже шикарное: центр Еревана, все близко, рядом куча кафешек, оживленных улиц, мест для завтраков и ужинов. Прямо у дома есть и магазин, и лавка с фруктами и овощами. Минут 15 до Каскада. За окнами квартиры - какая-то стройка, но мы никакого шума не слышали (возможно, стройка не функционирует сейчас). Очень привлекательная цена для таких классный апартов. Спасибо огромное за наше время в Ереване!

Great and spacious apartment. 5 minutes walk to Republic Square, 10 mins to Opera House, 7 mins to North Avenue. Team is very responsive and proactive - we requested baby crib and baby chair - both were provided before our check in.

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement moderne, décoré avec goût, très bien situé entre l’opéra et la place de la République, au cœur de Yerevan, tout en étant très calme. Davit est très réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Чудесная квартира, близко к центру и в то же время в довольно спокойном районе. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а также супермаркеты и рестораны. Маргарита очень гостеприимная, пошла на встречу с очень ранним заездом, и также с тем чтобы продлить проживание еще на один день. Квартира очень хорошая, большая, видно что все сделано и обставлено как для себя, с душой. Спасибо большое, поездка в Ереван благодаря остановке в таком уютном месте стала еще лучше!
