Monthly Rentals in Lake Suwa

If you’re staying in Matsumoto, look no further! This location is in a great location; a short walk from the station and central to stores, restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable. There’s lots of room if you have luggage. The bathroom is spacious with separate rooms for the toilet and shower. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked. The beds are also very comfortable. We were even able to do laundry during our stay! Matsumoto was my favorite place during our Japan adventures. And that’s partially due to how great Mio’s place was. I felt so at home there.

Great location, nicely furnished house. Good communication and responsive host. Will recommend for all coming to lake suwa. Amazing city with good food and most importantly the stunning views. 5 star

I stayed for just a night, but next time would've stayed a little longer. The hosts Yoshio and Mina are very friendly, they treat you almost like family. We went together to a few local attractions, and they drove me to the station(They also offered to pick me up for check-in). Their home is very lovely, decorated beautifully, and has a cozy feeling to it. I had a good night's sleep. They even have an small onsen! If you happen to stay in the area, highly recommend!

Very nice traditional accommodation! The accommodation was spacious and could easily have accommodated up to 12 people (5 living rooms) so I didn't quite understand why it was limited to 12 people. The host was welcoming and responsive.
